Had a really unpleasant experience with Dr. Ailing Jeavons. Felt very unprofessional and didn’t really listen to my needs as a patient. Was disappointed since I heard good things about the clinic. Will never return because of her and do not recommend!!

Appointment cancelled 3 times. Original appointment was for February, I now have to wait until November. Reception told me everyone’s appointments were being cancelled due to a dentist moving with her husband. This is not the patient’s issues and does not explain the previous cancellations. Appointment cancelled 3 times. Original appointment was for February, I now have to wait until November. Reception told me everyone’s appointments were being cancelled due to a dentist moving with her husband. This is not the patient’s issues and does not explain the previous cancellations. There is always some excuse. I have several friends also here and their appointments have not been cancelled so being told “everyone” is affected is a lie. I was also told today that it was too early for my Son to be seen anyway so the cancellations did not matter! This is despite the fact he has 10 teeth and I have followed the guidelines for dental health for children. Do not offer appointments if you refuse to honour them and keep your dentist’s personal lives private because I am fed up of the constant excuses for your failure to provide a service. Show less »

All staff are lovely, just had an extraction this morning, I was very nervous but they were very caring. No one likes going to the dentist but they make the experience ok.

It was my first time visiting the dentist on 3/12. The hygienist was lovely and made me feel really comfortable. She did a great job!

My only suggestion would be for the receptionist to be a bit more friendly. She didn’t seem happy to be there.

Hygienist appointments cancelled at last minute several times. Next appointments available for 3-4 months later. I suggest you stop offering services that you cannot then offer. Forced to seen new private dentist clinic.

I arrived for the first time today to be greeted by a very efficient young lady, in a very clean, attractive and contemporary work place. The dentist , Maryam, was excellent and as a nervous patient I felt very reassured by her attentive, friendly and confident manner and I feel fine about returning in a couple of weeks for some treatment. All staff were friendly and attentive.
Maryam (dentist) took the time to understand what I hoped to gain from treatment, offering clear and honest advice on short and long term options.
I would highly recommend to anyone.

I honestly can’t recommend The Hartley Clinic enough. After really bad experiences with my previous two dentists, I was absolutely terrified to go anywhere else. I only went because I ended up with an infection in a broken tooth, but from the first phone call, they were so friendly, helpful, and reassuring. I honestly can’t recommend The Hartley Clinic enough. After really bad experiences with my previous two dentists, I was absolutely terrified to go anywhere else. I only went because I ended up with an infection in a broken tooth, but from the first phone call, they were so friendly, helpful, and reassuring.

My dentist completely understands my fear and always puts me at ease. I’ve now had a couple of fillings done with no anxiety at all thanks to their caring approach. Every single person I’ve dealt with at the clinic has been fantastic — they’ve completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. Show less »

I’ve always had such a great experience here! The reception ladies are so lovely and kind, the dentist is really patient, gentle, and explains everything clearly, and I love how handy the email reminders are. Definitely recommend!

All my experiences at The Hartley Clinic have been great, the dentists and staff make you feel at ease and welcome. I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for my appointment, which is brilliant as my old dental practice used to always run late!

Having recently moved to the area, my wife and I had our first check-up today. Everything was excellent: from becoming a new patient, to arranging our first appointment to today, when we had our first check-ups. Our dentist was very approachable and gentle. We're very happy with our new dentist.
