I booked an appointment in person at the clinic, for 12:05 today. I get to the clinic today to find that it wasn’t actually booked in, the lady I was speaking to, didn’t say sorry, and didn’t try to make amends by actively finding me another appointment, she simply didn’t care. I had to ask to book another appointment myself. As someone who works and has worked in hospitality I have made many mistakes, but I always apologise and actively fix the situation. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today.

Previously, I contacted your salon and was given a specific price for the hair removal service. However, when I arrived for my appointment today, I was informed that the price had increased by an additional 150 without any prior notice. This was both unexpected and unacceptable.

As a result, I made the trip to your salon unnecessarily and wasted my time, since I did not agree to the new price. I believe this situation reflects poor communication and a lack of professionalism.

I kindly request an explanation regarding this price change and assurance that this will not happen again in the future.

I had some spider veins removed in three sessions. The lovely young lady Ella was fantastic, she was welcoming, professional and her customer service was second to none. Would recommend this place and a bonas was 50 percent off being a new customer.

I’ve been visiting Laser Clinics in Basingstoke for the past three years for unwanted hair removal, and I’m absolutely amazed by the results. I would highly recommend their treatments to anyone considering skin or hair removal solutions. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit comfortable and enjoyable.

I was quite skeptical for a long time about the science behind laser hair removal. I didn’t want to commit to a method that could make me dependent or come with unwanted side effects. However, after speaking with the highly knowledgeable practitioners at this clinic, my perspective began to shift. I had clear expectations about how the process should be handled, and to their credit, they truly listened and respected my concerns.

They guided me patiently, and I was impressed by how understanding and accommodating they were. Once I began the treatments, I started to notice a positive response from my body—and not having to constantly worry about under arms hair has been such a freeing and empowering change. I love being able to wake up and feel confident, even without any sleeves!

While the clinic itself has a more clinical, minimal look and could benefit from a bit more warmth or femininity in its design, the staff more than make up for it. They are genuinely kind, committed to their work, and operate with a high level of professionalism. I now feel I’m in truly safe hands, and I’m so grateful that they’ve been so attentive to my needs.

I had a great experience at one of the laser clinics in Basingstoke. The staff were really friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
