I had some spider veins removed in three sessions. The lovely young lady Ella was fantastic, she was welcoming, professional and her customer service was second to none. Would recommend this place and a bonas was 50 percent off being a new customer.

I’ve been visiting Laser Clinics in Basingstoke for the past three years for unwanted hair removal, and I’m absolutely amazed by the results. I was quite skeptical for a long time about the science behind laser hair removal. I didn’t want to commit to a method that could make me dependent or come with unwanted side effects. However, after speaking with the highly knowledgeable practitioners at this clinic, my perspective began to shift. I had clear expectations about how the process should be handled, and to their credit, they truly listened and respected my concerns.

They guided me patiently, and I was impressed by how understanding and accommodating they were. Once I began the treatments, I started to notice a positive response from my body—and not having to constantly worry about under arms hair has been such a freeing and empowering change. I love being able to wake up and feel confident, even without any sleeves!

While the clinic itself has a more clinical, minimal look and could benefit from a bit more warmth or femininity in its design, the staff more than make up for it. They are genuinely kind, committed to their work, and operate with a high level of professionalism. I now feel I’m in truly safe hands, and I’m so grateful that they’ve been so attentive to my needs.

I had a great experience at one of the laser clinics in Basingstoke. The staff were really friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The clinic was clean and well-organised, and they explained everything clearly before starting. I definitely would recommend it to anyone considering laser treatments in the area.
