I've booked flights to go back for a top up (I use gym a lot) and wouldn't consider using anyone else now for my lips and any other fillers I need. Very thorough...

I trust her completely! She’s so friendly and approachable, we have such a good giggle at appointments too which is always a boost! Would highly recommend!

I was also impressed by the fact that Lorne actually said no to one of the treatments I asked for - he explained why he didn’t think I needed that type of filler. In hindsight I am so glad I listened to him. This shows that Lorne has a genuine care for his clients and wants the best for them - he won’t do treatments when you don’t really need them just because they are a ‘trend’ - so I really felt I could trust him after this which is so important to me.

I have been to a number of practitioners over the years but I haven’t felt nowhere near as comfortable as I did with Lorne at Glow! He really listens to what you want, is so friendly (which puts you at ease straight away) and constantly checked how I was throughout my Botox and lip filler appointment. I won’t go to anyone else now!
