I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and feel completely let down by both the treatment and the aftercare.
I paid a significant amount for a course of three fat reduction sessions and saw absolutely no visible improvement — not even the minimal results that would be expected from a reputable clinic offering this type of service.
When I raised my concerns, I was offered just one additional session free of charge. Frankly, if three full treatments produced no measurable results, it’s unreasonable to expect that one more would suddenly make a difference.
This response felt dismissive and failed to meet even basic standards of accountability or customer care that should be expected within this industry.
I invested a lot of money and trust, and the outcome has been nothing short of disappointing in their lack of willingness to provide a fair refund or alternative solution.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking, as the results and service fell far below professional expectations. Show less »

I had such a positive experience with Annalisa. She was very kind, professional, and informative. I had a fantastic hydro facial with Amy yesterday. Her technique was exceptional—by far the best I’ve experienced. She clearly has a high level of skill and attention to detail, which made the treatment incredibly effective and relaxing. Amy was warm, kind, and professional throughout.
