I had the most wonderful microneedling appointment with Annalisa today and I honestly can’t recommend her highly enough.
First of all, she is a walking advert for her work — her skin looks absolutely incredible, which instantly gave me so much confidence in her recommendations and expertise.
What I really loved was how thorough she was from the very start. She carried out AI-backed skin imaging, which was fascinating and so helpful in showing not only my current problem areas, but also what may develop in the future. It really helped me understand what’s happening beneath the surface, rather than just focusing on what you can see day-to-day.
Her microneedling technique was superb. She took her time, was incredibly gentle and professional, and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. On top of that, she was so warm and easy to talk to — the whole session felt uplifting and reassuring.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic, and especially Annalisa. Thank you for such a fantastic experience! Show less »

The hypertrophic scar treatment work that Annalisa has done for me has been, frankly, life changing. Before visiting well:skin clinic I was extremely self conscious about the scars, and even on holiday I would avoid taking off my shirt. I paid a significant amount for a course of three fat reduction sessions and saw absolutely no visible improvement — not even the minimal results that would be expected from a reputable clinic offering this type of service.
When I raised my concerns, I was offered just one additional session free of charge. Frankly, if three full treatments produced no measurable results, it’s unreasonable to expect that one more would suddenly make a difference.
This response felt dismissive and failed to meet even basic standards of accountability or customer care that should be expected within this industry.
I invested a lot of money and trust, and the outcome has been nothing short of disappointing in their lack of willingness to provide a fair refund or alternative solution.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking, as the results and service fell far below professional expectations. Show less »
