Avoid this clinic unless you like wasting your money and time. There are much better clinics on the adjoining streets, one where I model for and get free treatments which are far superior. And the director doesn’t care about your custom. Avoid laser/Michele. Strange for an independent business to be so apathetic in tough times especially given the countless... Show more »

I was kindly brought a 90 minute treatment, as a gift, with Erica, at the Westbourne Skin Clinic. I can only say “wow” and “thank-you” 🙏. I was feeling very nervous and totally out of my comfort zone, but as soon as I walked through the door, I was welcomed with kindness and smiles, that put me at ease. Being a busy working Mum (who never gets time to indulge in such luxury), Erika was patient, non judgemental and listened to me whilst being able to recommend treatments, where my skin was cleansed, brightened and hydrated. I also had the most incredible back and shoulder massage with hot stones, which totally amazing!
I left glowing, relaxed and smiling.
Also thank you, Dr. Tara for going the extra mile to accommodate me later in the day, to allow for childcare and gaps in my work. You were all so kind. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying a few other treatments! Show less »

I cannot recommend Dr Tara and all the team at The Skin Clinic highly enough. As soon as you walk through the door I feel warmly welcomed and at home. The level of highly professional medical services Dr Tara can offer is superb and her knowledge and advice is not only top level but provides absolute reassurance. Repeatedly cancel appointments so went elsewhere. There booking system is not upto date. So you book in then you know there's an 50% chance it will get cancelled. I recall at least 5 being cancelled due to diary errors and school inset days etc not being put in. My friend had both hers cancelled that she went elsewhere. Very unprofessional. So no confidence... This is an updated review for my previous at the beginning of the year.
I’ve been suffering with occipital nerve neuralgia, this has given me migraine symptoms for over 2 years, it’s a very painful chronic condition. I have seen many “pain specialists”, paid a lot of money over time and been left completely hopeless in the past with nothing really helping. This all changed when I had a consultation with Dr Tara Kidd at the beginning of the year .She was extremely professional, kind and caring. Dr Tara was a fountain of knowledge and felt like I was talking to a friend.
I’ve had routine treatments with Tara over the year. Every appointment Tara listens to where I’m in pain, my concerns and doesn’t treat me as one box fits all. Which if you’ve been in chronic pain is so important, as everyone’s pain is different and needs to be assessed/treated as so.

Over the year I have also seen Erika at the clinic this lady truly has magic hands!! For regular massages to release my muscles which become very tense from the neuralgia. She is truly wonderful.

Dr Tara also does a few tweaks for me during my appointment which leaves me feeling lifted and youthful!

I see leanne at the clinic for filler treatments which have helped me with balancing my face profile. She is an artist with what she does! I absolutely love it what she has done.

All of the team have been fantastic when I’ve had worries putting my mind at rest. I also want to mention the reception team, they are so kind, it’s just a wonderful experience from the moment you walk through the door.

So fast forward to now… I’m very rarely in pain. It has subsided dramatically and has literally been life changing for me!! It’s has given me my life back, and I finally feel myself again, actually even better!! I’m so so happy with the outcome. Between all these wonderful, Kind ladies I’m feeling so good! Thank you all so much!
