So impressed with the lovely service and care at the Melrose Clinic. Melissa was thoughtful, kind, patient and considerate for the whole process of my gorgeous treatments. She also was honest and accurate of what my needs were, which gave me confidence that I was in safe hands. I look forward to coming back!

Mel is warm, patient and knowledgeable in all areas of aesthetics. As someone who gets anxious about everything (I blame menopause!), Mel takes her time and explains the process from start to finish. I will only go to Mel and highly recommend visiting her clinic.

However I did realise that I needed some help with the delicate skin under my eyes, so I decided to booked a consultation at the Melrose to find out what was on offer.
Rachel was my skin care specialist nurse. She took time to put me at ease. She listened to my concerns then offered the best treatment available and explained quite clearly the whole procedure.
No pressure was put on me to "go ahead" with anything. I actually took two weeks to make my mind up. I had my first treatment and it wasn't as bad as I thought, Rachel saw to that.😊
