I recently underwent plasma fibroblast treatment and can honestly say the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

From the initial consultation, the level of professionalism and knowledge was clear. Everything was explained in a way that felt thorough yet easy to understand, including realistic outcomes, the procedure itself, and what to expect during healing. I felt completely informed and confident before going ahead.

During the treatment, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease throughout. Care and attention to detail were evident at every stage, and there was a genuine focus on ensuring I felt relaxed and reassured.

What really stood out, however, was the aftercare receiving products to ease and enhance the treatment. The guidance provided was clear, practical, and easy to follow, and ongoing support was available whenever I needed reassurance or had questions. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes. It’s almost two years since I started having my lashes and brows done with Louska, best eyelash extensions ever! Amazing quality lashes, long lasting (both brows and lashes) and I’m always happy with what I pay for. Never received a service I wasn’t happy with. She really listens to the style I ask for.
