Was easily booked in for consultation when I enquired about appointment availability. Had a cyst removal done at that same appointment, which was very convenient for me time wise, and a relief to have such a prompt solution to a nagging issue. Pain free removal and recovery. Have used this clinic after a struggle with my skin for years. Amazing treatments with Jaz, cannot recommend highly enough. After service- is top notch, when you order the Glo cream last min half a hour before they close, on a saturday because you run out, COMPLETELY MY FAULT (cannot survive without it) & the owner offers to deliver the cream to your door. An absolutely incredible skin clinic well worth a visit they have exceptional knowledge on skincare and the best product products for really great results. We came for a mole removal treatment and was just really impressed by the care provided by the therapist and the after-care and follow-up given. Would highly recommend and happy to book back in again

Laser Hair Removal
I recently visited London Road Clinic for laser hair removal and had a consultation with Laura, who was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to give me a very detailed consultation, explaining the process clearly and answering all of my questions in a way that made me feel fully informed and confident.
When it came to my treatment, Laura carried it out with the highest level of professionalism and care. She was extremely reassuring throughout, always checking that I was comfortable and explaining each stage as she went along. This made the whole experience feel much less daunting, and I genuinely felt I was in safe hands.
The clinic itself was spotless, very clean and welcoming, with a friendly atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. At the same time, everything felt professional and well organised, which gave me great confidence in the quality of the service.
On top of being knowledgeable and thorough, Laura was also so kind and approachable. Her lovely manner made the whole process much more comfortable, and I left the clinic feeling really positive about both the treatment and the results I can expect going forward.
I would highly recommend London Road Clinic, especially Laura, to anyone considering laser hair removal. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the personal care and attention made all the difference. Show less »

I had five, what I thought were, Seborrhoeic Keratosis(SK) treated with cryotherapy. The clinician said she expected that the four small would only need one treatment to clear them up but the large would likely need a second treatment. The clinician thought the nitrogen cannister had run out during treatment and she might need a new one but then decided it was ok.

Following the treatment, all five, though lighter, remained. I paid for a 2nd cryo for all five. This felt colder and stung more than the first treatment, so I believe the cannister used for the first treatment was indeed running out. Following this treatment, three of the growths were eradicated but two remained.

At my follow up appointment the owner arranged for their in-house doctor to review what remained. The Dr said one could be a different type of keratosis and we should really know what we are dealing with before it is treated. He asked me to refer to my GP to refer me to dermatology for a pathology report. The other item he said was a skin tag with deep roots that would need to be cut out.

Based on my experience I think there is a concern about the suitability of cryo for what you may assume is SK. I suggested via feedback email that future customers, should at least have a medical assessment of any growth by the in-house doctor before they are given cryo by a clinician. I didn't hear back. I got a LVL lash lift and tint, the girl left the room while my lashes were processing and they ended up severely over processed, curling so much that they scratched my eyelid and became very uncomfortable for a few weeks following. I got a LVL lash lift and tint, the girl left the room while my lashes were processing and they ended up severely over processed, curling so much that they scratched my eyelid and became very uncomfortable for a few weeks following.
I returned the following day to complain and was given no offer of a refund.
I then went to a new lash lady to get them done 10 weeks after and she was appalled at the state they were in even after so much time had passed.

I had a glow facial today and derma with Lauren, my skin is now glowing ready for my holiday and has never felt so smooth. All the staff at the London road clinic are super friendly and always give the best skin advice making you feel confident and glowing. I took a friend today for her first ever eye brow tint. She was very nervous, but Lauren put her at ease immediately. The smile after her treatment said it all. She was absolutely thrilled and so pleased with the result. Thank you Lauren for a 5 star experience.

I absolutely loved it & would highly recommend the body balancer (I did the lower option). I was a touch apprehensive as a male going into a new & very female dominated environment but I really shouldn’t have been!
From the moment I walked upto the entrance I was impressed. Everything about the place oozes high quality & I was instantly put at ease with a friendly smile.
Jaz was so welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable. She explained everything in a professional but fun way and instantly put me at ease. I will 100% be re-booking and my legs already feel so much better for the treatment. Show less »
