I started seeing Jo in December 2025 with acne scarring, uneven skin tone, and rough texture. Following Jo’s expert advice, I began with a facial treatment and chemical peel, then completed two microneedling sessions — and the transformation in such a short time has been unbelievable.

I’m now a few weeks into introducing retinol into my skincare routine (gradually, just as Jo guided me), and once again I’m amazed by the improvements. My skin looks smoother, brighter, and healthier than it has in years.

Jo is absolutely wonderful — she takes the time to thoroughly explain every procedure, is incredibly professional, and is always just a message away if I have any questions or concerns. You genuinely feel cared for and supported throughout the whole process.

If you’re considering skin treatments, Jo is the person to see. I’m beyond grateful for her expertise and couldn’t be happier with my results! Show less »

This is the second time I have visited Jo at the Harmony clinic for Botox. I had a very prominent frown which I hated looking at in the mirror and I disliked having my photo taken as it really stood out in photos. I can highly recommend this clinic.I got a good experience with my face treatment. She really knows how to do her work and she will speak to you throughout the experience making sure you are comfortable with anything and happily answers any questions that you want to know. Zo products are the best,my face skin looks more healthy,shiny and hydrated.

What a pleasure it was to visit Jo for my skin boosters. Jo makes you feel at ease, is professional and knowledgeable. I had skin boosters for the face and under eye (to help with hollowness). I can honestly say within 2 days my skin was glowing, my skin was plump and my eyes look amazing. The glow was unreal. Amazing work and will definitely be back 😊

I have visited the Hatmony Clinic twice for micro needling pen sessions and skin care products. Jo is amazing! She’s professional and very knowledgeable but also very welcoming, personable and warm. Originally booked myself in for some Botox but after a lovely consultation we decided this wasn’t necessary right now and went for a skin care package instead. I am a couple of weeks in and I am already seeing great results. I love a clinician who isn’t eagerly sitting there with a needle ready to inject myself at every possible angle!
