While disappointed, I appreciated Jo's honesty and professionalism - no pressure, no hard-sell. I began using the ZO Anti-Aging products hoping the cost would be worth it. After 3 weeks of consistent use, my skin was changing; it felt thicker. After 7 weeks, the redness was reduced, the fine lines were lessening, my overall appearance looked healthier and more hydrated, and I was able to have Skinpin microneedling. Now, at 13 weeks on ZO and 6 weeks post Skinpin, the results are transformative. It has taken years off my face and boosted my self-confidence. What a pleasure it was to visit Jo for my skin boosters. Jo makes you feel at ease, is professional and knowledgeable. I had skin boosters for the face and under eye (to help with hollowness). I can honestly say within 2 days my skin was glowing, my skin was plump and my eyes look amazing. The glow was unreal. Amazing work and will definitely be back 😊

I started seeing Jo in December 2025 with acne scarring, uneven skin tone, and rough texture. Following Jo’s expert advice, I began with a facial treatment and chemical peel, then completed two microneedling sessions — and the transformation in such a short time has been unbelievable.

I’m now a few weeks into introducing retinol into my skincare routine (gradually, just as Jo guided me), and once again I’m amazed by the improvements. My skin looks smoother, brighter, and healthier than it has in years.

Jo is absolutely wonderful — she takes the time to thoroughly explain every procedure, is incredibly professional, and is always just a message away if I have any questions or concerns. You genuinely feel cared for and supported throughout the whole process.

I can highly recommend this clinic.I got a good experience with my face treatment. She really knows how to do her work and she will speak to you throughout the experience making sure you are comfortable with anything and happily answers any questions that you want to know. Zo products are the best,my face skin looks more healthy,shiny and hydrated.
