I had my initial consultation and first appointment with Dr Natalia this weekend and it really is the first time I’ve been confident to say you’re in the hands of a true thorough professional. Dr Natalia is so friendly and understanding of a plan and programme that is unique to you and your long term goals. I felt the most at ease in my actual appointment with her understanding and capability that I almost drifted off! I visited Dr. Natalia at the Harmonia Clinic for a facial and left feeling more confident in myself and my skin. In the consultation we talked about my skin concerns and skin health - Natalia was understanding and supportive. The facial she provided afterwards was calming (perfect for my skin type) and left my face feeling so glowwy and healthy. I came across Harmonia Clinic via their social media posts; Dr Natalia was absolutely fantastic. She was caring, gentle and thorough in her approach. My experience began with a detailed medical questionnaire prior to the consultation, during the consultation we discussed my ideas, concerns and expectations alongside a detailed history on my skin routine. I then received a facial. The actual clinic was lovely - great location, clean environment and relaxing to be in. Following the appointment, Dr Natalia checked in with me again! I had the Obagi Glow facial at The Harmona Clinic yesterday and Dr. Natalia was so lovely. She made me feel completely at ease – her medical knowledge really shines through.
