I also see Beata for anti-aging treatments, and she is fantastic! I’m always pleased with the natural results and the level of service I receive. It’s reassuring to be in such safe hands. Show less »

Following a patch test at this clinic, I was left with a permanent, raised, white scar. I believe this was caused by the clinician treating the skin incredibly harshly after the laser treatment, rubbing over and over it with a cotton pad until it was red, raw and weeping. I returned to the clinic over a year after the patch test to show them the result. Although they offered me more laser treatments, free of charge, to try to help lessen the scarring, they accused me – to my utter disbelief – of causing it myself.

The clinician asked why it had taken me so long to return (I was reluctant because the patch test caused the damage in the first place), said she thought the skin must have been raised before she lasered it, repeatedly asked me to show her ‘before’ photos to prove it wasn’t, quizzed me about my own aftercare of the skin, and shrugged the damage off with ‘everyone’s skin responds differently’. She took no responsibility for permanently damaging my skin due to her excessively harsh treatment of it and continued to imply that I was lying about it and had caused the damage myself. This is the definition of adding insult to injury and is not acceptable.

I understand that treatments sometimes go wrong or have poor results, but how will she avoid damaging other clients’ skin if she takes no responsibility, refuses to learn from mistakes – let alone recognise them – and blames the client instead? I would never go near this clinic again. Show less »
