She took the time to thoroughly assess my skin and was very honest and realistic in her advice. I felt like she really listened to my concerns, particularly around hormonal acne and offered sensible and practical ways to improve things.
I left the appointment feeling reassured and with a clear, manageable plan going forward, which made a big difference.
I’d definitely recommend her to others and will be returning for follow-up care. Show less »

I highly recommend Dr Rosalind Mole. She has removed a Basel Carcinoma this week from my nose and she has been very professional, attentive, proactive, reassuring, friendly timely, caring and kind. I highly recommend Dr Rosalind Mole. She has removed a Basel Carcinoma this week
from my nose and she has been very professional, attentive, proactive, reassuring, friendly timely, caring and kind.
Throughout the operation, she explained what was happening always reassuring, making it a great experience. She provides excellent aftercare advice and was quick to respond to a question via email.
There is also a follow up appointment, a week later.
Her stitching of the wound has been hugely praised by other medical colleagues.
The clinic staff are excellent, Nicky Receptionist , greets you immediately with a lovely smile and puts you at ease. A huge thank you to Ros, her nurse Stephanie and Nicky. Show less »

Very happy with my treatment and always fits me in as soon as Ali can! Nothing is to much trouble and always made to feel welcome! Have been seeing Ali for a good while now and will continue to do so! I was recommended by a friend and I will continue to recommend going to see her! I visited Dr Alison Elsey just over a week ago. I had a couple of problems but mainly was there for advice about my red swollen face. Alison was concerned and attentive to all my problems and gave me a diagnosis and medication. To my surprise she telephoned me a week later and requested I drop in to see her again as she had some new information for me. Within an hour of seeing her I was on my way to Derriford Hospital and am likely to be here for a week or so. Alison has popped in to Derriford to see me and I cannot recommend her highly enough. The doctors here have confirmed Alison was correct in her diagnosis and l will be forever grateful to her. Show less »

I had a lump appear on my right hand over an 8 week period, suspected to be a SCC. Within 10 days of initial email and almost instant response I had the lump removed in a painless excision. I visited Alison on Monday for a consultation on the sun damage on my face. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she was so lovely and very professional and helpful. I had three lipomas removed by Ros and her team, and the whole experience was great. They kept me informed at every step, made me feel comfortable, and everything went really smoothly. Even their email replies were quick and super helpful. I’ll definitely be going back in the future!

So I had a great consultation with Dr. Ros yesterday. Both her and her assistant were friendly and professional from the outset. Even the initial emails I had with Dr. Ros were easy and we discussed my issue and arrange treatment with ease and professionalism.
The clinic it self was clean and tidy. Easy to find with ample parking. The treatment itself was quick simple and painless. All standards of infection control seemed more than adequate, and adhered to strictly.

Dr Rosalind Mole removed 4 lesions from my body, the procedure was completely pain-free and within a relaxing environment, performed with her assistant, both working very well together and effortlessly. 2 days after I removed the dressing, I was shocked how neat and tidy the wounds were, currently healing very quickly. For reference, I had one removed on the NHS in an emergency some years ago, and the wound looked like a pasty crimp, whereas these completed by Dr Mole look like thin lines, barely raised from the skin, and that is only after a week. Also, I have not needed any painkillers at all after the local anaesthesia for the procedure. Highly recommend her. I am very grateful for the attention to detail and scar management. Show less »
