I visited Alison on Monday for a consultation on the sun damage on my face. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she was so lovely and very professional and helpful. So I had a great consultation with Dr. Ros yesterday. Both her and her assistant were friendly and professional from the outset. Even the initial emails I had with Dr. Ros were easy and we discussed my issue and arrange treatment with ease and professionalism.
The clinic it self was clean and tidy. Easy to find with ample parking. The treatment itself was quick simple and painless. All standards of infection control seemed more than adequate, and adhered to strictly.

Dr Rosalind Mole removed 4 lesions from my body, the procedure was completely pain-free and within a relaxing environment, performed with her assistant, both working very well together and effortlessly. 2 days after I removed the dressing, I was shocked how neat and tidy the wounds were, currently healing very quickly. For reference, I had one removed on the NHS in an emergency some years ago, and the wound looked like a pasty crimp, whereas these completed by Dr Mole look like thin lines, barely raised from the skin, and that is only after a week. Also, I have not needed any painkillers at all after the local anaesthesia for the procedure. Highly recommend her. I am very grateful for the attention to detail and scar management. Show less »

I cannot rate my experience at the Erme Clinic highly enough. I contacted them regarding a cyst which needed removing in an awkward area and was immediately put at ease. Dr Rosalind Mole went above and beyond after my initial contact to talk me through the procedure, the aftercare and what to expect as I was particularly concerned about how it would heal. She explained everything so clearly and made me feel very comfortable. Throughout the procedure, Ros and her assistant were so lovely and completely took my mind off it. The aftercare was explained clearly to me, with a follow up email, and I am very happy with the way it is healing.
