I had several seborrheic keratosis spots on my face. My initial appointment with Dr Willis was great and I was given all the information I needed with plenty of time to ask questions. A few weeks later I was back for the laser removal. Even the local anaesthetic was relatively painless and the laser treatment itself was very fast. Dr Willis and his staff are all brilliant, so friendly and reassuring during the appointment, talking through everything that was happening. You're asked to send Dr Willis photos for the following few days so he can check everything's OK. He answered any questions I had. I was expecting the removal sites to be sore but I felt nothing at all. All the scabs fell off exactly a week after treatment and what was left underneath was so good. Each day the marks fade a little bit more. I'm currently 10 days after treatment and two of the six sites are almost invisible already. I couldn't be happier! Everything was quick and pain free and even the scabs were neat and tidy and looked better than the keratosis had done! . Show less »

From the initial phone call with a lovely receptionist, to my actual consultation with the very lovely Helen, I felt so welcomed, relaxed and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly offering me a hot drink on arrival and a big smile. The building is warm and welcoming and not at all clinical! I want to also say how true it was when they said they don’t hassle... Show more »

I want to also say how true it was when they said they don’t hassle you after your initial free in house ‘chat’. They really didn’t…they left me with their advice and options. I went back to them after talking to my husband and having a good think. When I decided I would go ahead with it, they were once again very happy to see me back and I am booked in to have my treatment in August. Thank you 😊 Show less »

Can't reccomend these guys enough. Sarah and Helen are amazing. Being a newbie to the treatments, I was nervious but I felt I was completley in safe hands, their reassurance and advice was spot-on, and I'm so pleased with the results. All round very professional. Highly reccomend.

I highly recommend Jayne at The Doctors Clinic for laser hair removal. She was friendly, reassuring, and professional on each of the appointments. I only needed three visits between Feb and May 2025, and seven months on, the results have been maintained. I only wish I'd done this years ago!

Suddenly having mole type lumps appear across my face I spoke to Malcolm and Helen at the old Surgery Laser Clinic who were lovely and friendly and I consequently booked in for laser treatment removal. Always a lovely experience!
All the staff at the clinic are warm, professional and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make sure you get the results you want. It is very rare to find such genuine warmth from all the staff within a business. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did.
