The reception team always remembers her name, which instantly makes her feel welcomed. Her dentist is wonderful — she greets her warmly, has a little conversation to make her comfortable, and even puts on my daughter’s favourite programme for her to watch during treatment. It makes such a difference and helps her relax every time.
The dentist explains everything clearly, never rushes us, and always makes sure we understand what’s happening and what to expect next. The results from her treatments have been amazing, and her confidence in her smile has grown so much.
At the end of her visit, she always gets a sticker to say “well done,” which she absolutely loves.
I’m truly grateful for the care she has received here. Highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for a trustworthy and child-friendly dentist.
