I can’t thank Dr Nasreen and Nurse Beth enough. Dr Nasreen was absolutely brilliant from first consultation to end of treatment. I started with laser whitening treatment in clinic, then Beth went through in detail how to use the home kit etc. I then went on to have composite Bonding top and bottom and I couldn’t be happier. I feel so much more confident with my new bright white smile. If you’re considering going abroad please look closer to home first, you might just be surprised how affordable it can be here, but also the care and aftercare at this particular practice is second to none. All the girls inc the receptions are so welcoming.
I’ve signed up to a monthly plan now because I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you, Nasreen, Beth and all the team for looking after me the last couple of months - I’m literally smiling from ear to ear x Show less »

I don't like going to the dentist but since joining the Dental Parlour the visits are far less daunting. Had tooth extracted today but Laura and Teegan explained everything before hand and during the procedure.
Made me relax and everything was fine.
Thoroughly recommend them.

Teegan is a fabulous dental nurse, Nasreem provided great emergency care before her maternity leave, Steph is an excellent as a hygienist, and Cristian has been really informative and reassuring during my bone graft and implant surgery. My daughter has been going to this dentist since she was four due to chromogenic staining, which required regular cleanings and check-ups. The reception team always remembers her name, which instantly makes her feel welcomed. Her dentist is wonderful — she greets her warmly, has a little conversation to make her comfortable, and even puts on my daughter’s favourite programme for her to watch during treatment. It makes such a difference and helps her relax every time.

The dentist explains everything clearly, never rushes us, and always makes sure we understand what’s happening and what to expect next. The results from her treatments have been amazing, and her confidence in her smile has grown so much.

At the end of her visit, she always gets a sticker to say “well done,” which she absolutely loves.

I’m truly grateful for the care she has received here. Highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for a trustworthy and child-friendly dentist. Show less »

I had a great experience shadowing a dental therapist at this clinic. She was very kind, helpful and informative. The whole team was welcoming and created a friendly, professional environment. I highly recommend this clinic for its excellent care and positive atmosphere.

I had such a great experience getting my Smile White aligners here! My dentist was super friendly, gentle, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. They were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole treatment. I’m so happy with my new smile and would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about aligners!

I didn’t think it would be possible to straighten my lower teeth but Lora & her team certainly proved me wrong it’s so lovely to have straight teeth I’ve also had a denture which finishes off the Job I would give the process a definite 10/10 lots of alerts to remind me of appointments overall a great service Thank you

Laura is an absolute magician and was able to transform my smile into something I never thought it could ever be. She is so lovely, calming and genuine and I ended up actually enjoying going to every appointment!

Cristian was also brilliant as he was able to save a tooth that another dentist told me I had to have removed.

The whole vibe of this dentist is just fantastic, as Teegan and Keely are always there to greet you with a smile on their faces.

After my amazing experience, The Dental Parlour will be my forever dentist. Show less »

Excellent service from start to finish my teeth feel amazing and look amazing. I have also booked another appointment for my husband as he was amazed with the results. All the staff were informative and professional. 1000% recommend!! Best dentist i have ever been to!

Dr Jay and the team are amazing- I have had a great experience with them in the process of straightening my teeth! Always on hand with replying to questions and always puts you at ease if you think it’s a silly question. Would not hesitate to recommend Dr Jay and the team. Honestly could not be happier. From start to finish Laura was excellent. From showing me different styles of veneers and shades, to then sending me CAD models from the Lab where we were able to change small details to make them exactly how I imagined. I could not be happier with the process and my new smile!!

The entire process was smooth and well-explained from start to finish. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, always taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I felt informed at every step. The technology they use is top-notch, and it’s clear they truly care about both the health and appearance of your smile.
