Excellent, quick & professional service that made me feel at ease the entire time. I had previously had an issue with a cyst and I wasn't getting much help at the local doctors. I did some research online and found this skin clinic nearby so got an initial appointment. The doctor (Rebecca) was extremely helpful, eased my anxiety and explained to me my historical issue with the cyst whilst giving me a clear understanding of my options going forward. I was made to feel at ease during the minor removal procedure and the doctor was extremely professional and competent. My treatment area has now healed wonderfully and the whole process from start to finish went perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to contact this clinic again for any issues in the future. Thank you! I had literally stumbled across this clinic on google and so very glad I did.
I had a consultation last week for removal of leg thead veins, my first impression was WOW how lovely the setting for the clinic is, with plenty of parking which is an absolute bonus. I was then greeted by Lisa in reception who made me feel very very welcome, and very relaxed. My consultation was with Debbie what an absolute lovely, caring professional experienced lady she is, I had every confidence in her to go ahead and book my procedure……. I only had to wait a week for an appointment, what a result. On my return felt very welcome and relaxed again by Lisa, thank you Lisa. Procedure done…… thank you so very much Debbie for all your care, professionalism and experience throughout, felt at ease and relaxed from start to finish.
