I booked a course of laser hair removal with SKN maidenhead and was half way through my course. I was fairly happy although some of the treatments were done more carefully than others and then SKN went into liquidation. SKN has now been bought by another company and to my knowledge and experience, people half way through pre paid courses aren't be refunded or having their treatments honoured. This has put be out by nearly £1000 in lost treatment. I strongly urge people not to pre pay for expensive courses of treatment for this reason. Show less »

I was quite disappointed after my latest visit. For the vast majority of areas done, hair kept growing after the session which meant that the laser didn't do anything or wasn't high enough. On all my previous visits I found the process slightly painful, but this last time it was almost completely pain free and finished much faster. That alone worried me that... Show more »

Great place and great staff. I’m doing my laser treatment with them atm and absolutely love this place. They are very friendly, accommodating and professional and I feel super safe having treatments with them. The call center people are also great and very kind. Fantastic experience with the Skin team in Maidenhead start to finish. I had a consultation about a large birthmark on my stomach and was informed, with confidence, about my options. Fantastic experience with the Skin team in Maidenhead start to finish. I had a consultation about a large birthmark on my stomach and was informed, with confidence, about my options. I was booked in for the removal within a few week and the communications from the clinic were excellent.

Naturally I was nervous for the procedure, but the team made me feel very at ease. I had full trust in Dr Harris, he explained what would happen step-by-step and even made the procedure lighthearted with music of choice and some general chit-chat, which was just what I needed. He was so effectient and so far the wound is healing nicely.

Can't thank the team enough for their customer care and support throughout this experience.
