I bought a package of laser hair removal at the start of the year. Half way through my treatment the company had gone into liquidation and been bought out by another company. AGAIN. I’ve been screwed over, they have stolen £180 of my money and I’ve been told there’s nothing they can do. Absolute disgrace of a company and they are having a laugh if they think I’m going to give them another £345 for more treatments. Show less »

Great experience. I have not visited a skin clinic in the UK before and the ladies explained everything very clearly to me. The service is both informative and very comfortable. The doctor had a lot of experience and was very helpful and friendly! A very big thank you! If anyone has concerns. You’re in safe hands! 😁

Love the service I get here. The team have done a wonderful job not only with my partner but for me too. They really do a great job looking after their clients. As for the treatment the results have been great too and is always done with a lot of consideration and care. All concerns have been been dealt with.

THE BEST. I’ve been having acne treatments since May 23, the difference is incredible. Everyone there is so lovely and genuinely care. You can tell right from the consultation it’s not just what your skin looks like but how you feel about it too. Aurelia is great, friendly and knowledgeable. She will tell you honestly what she thinks you need, and explains the process and what can be expected from each stage. Everyone is as committed to your skin journey as you are and are equally as excited as you when you see results!
I always suffered with bouts of hormonal acne, but at the beginning of this year my skin completely broke out at the age of 26. I read so much online and tried to sort it myself for a bit, but after some research (including reading customer reviews) I decided to book an appointment at my local Sk:n. The consultation was really helpful and in-depth, plus I felt really comfortable straight away. I even cried at reception after talking about how my skin problems has affected me and everyone was so nice to me.
I’ve had one course of treatment and a couple of sessions into my second course. Aurelia discussed the next stage in depth with me and I have never once felt pressured into buying treatments or products. I trust her to decide what I need and my skin has improved so much.
