I felt listened to. Shown empathy and not judged. I'm a person who finds it hard to trust people and have had bad experiences with occupational health in the past. I felt comfortable and felt I could trust the nurse I spoke to at connexus.

My partner needed an ill health retirement assessment and thank god we found connexus - after being told by NHS they could not help us the team at connexus were professional, helpful, empathetic and above all else made all efforts to ease the stress and concerns of my partner. From the initial enquiry follow up to the actual consultation the people we dealt with could not have been better. Rachel and Dr Doneh have made a stressful time much easier with their client focused approach and attention to detail from clear messages, through to understanding. If you are looking for any kind of occupational health I would recommend connexus - but specifically if you are dealing with the stress of ill health retirement claims for your pension provider we can not speak more highly of our experience. Declared that I have been on ADHD medication for 3 years come April. The whole time I have been offshore I have been fine and stable on these meds. I have been working offshore regularly offshore on these meds. No issues whatsoever.
However now that I declared my medication with Connexus, they have refused to give me my certificates despite me "passing my fitness test and medical with flying colours" cost me around £250 for nothing. Never had this issue in the past. Lesson learnt. Don't declare any medication
Following on. I have now passed my medical. I went to a company with has been conducting offshore medical for a number of years now and has knowledge in ADHD and the medication given.
I again passed with above average scores and no issues whatsoever.

I went to Connexus Occupational Health in Warrington for a drug and alcohol test and it was a really easy experience. The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process quick and straightforward.

The test itself was simple and professional, and I was done in no time. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

Very friendly and professional service provided by Connexus. Steph who guided through my 'Working at Height medical' was friendly and professional and made me feel at ease during the medical .Great all rounded service

I recently visited Connexus Occupational Health in Warrington and had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a polite and friendly receptionist.
Cathy, who assisted me as the collector, was absolutely lovely—professional, and very reassuring throughout the process. The entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism while maintaining a warm and approachable manner.
It’s clear that customer care is a priority here, and I truly appreciate the excellent service.

I had a series of appointments with Ibrahim. He was courteous and easy to chat with, alongside being good at his job and giving solid recommendations for what I should be doing after my therapy ended. His appointments never ran late so I got seen to almost immediately when I walked through the door. The reception staff were also friendly and welcoming.
