I had cryotherapy on my face on 3 dark patches/sun damage on 28th April....carried out by Doctor Franklin...I have lived with one of these marks for around 26 years and the other 2 for a couple of years. The larger patch over the years had got darker and bigger and I was using more and more makeup to cover it ....
I was elated to find this clinic. I sent photos and messages and an appointment was made after lots of form filling..
My treatment was carried out the same day as my consultation. It was quick and painless...
The clinic in Wells is beautiful...easy to find and easy to park. Staff just lovely..
I left the areas to scab over uncovered...then within a week the scabs came off...
I'm currently going through the pink stage...of smooth new skin but all is good...I can now cover with a little makeup too.
I'm sooo pleased I found this clinic and finally had these patches removed...😊 Show less »

Recently had a facial mole removed,the clinic was wonderful. They took time to explain everything, all the staff were really friendly and most importantly the mole is gone. Procedure took less than five minutes.. Healing well with no issues.

I moved from London five years ago and originally felt I'd be travelling back to the city on a regular basis for my skincare needs. Skin Excellence Clinic, Dr. Strawford and his team have made this journey totally unnecessary. I have never written a review before but after seeing Dr. Strawford for the past four years I could not be happier with his expertise and skincare results. Dr. Strawford is on the cutting edge of natural skincare procedures and is always enthusiastic to share this knowledge with his patients. I had never heard of Julaine until Dr. Strawford became the first doctor in the U.K. to use this collagen stimulating treatment. This treatment has been a game changer for me. I cannot recommend Julaine highly enough. It is truly a premium product that delivers visible improvements to the skin, leaving it smoother, more radiant, and with a youthful glow. I discovered skin excellence clinic in wells three years ago I popped in to the clinic for some information about the treatments they do and was advised that the treatment that I was researching would not benefit me.
At this point in time, I was unconfident about my appearance and after briefly talking to Dr Strawford and the warm knowledgeable reception I received from him and the team I was keen on having a proper consultation. During the first two years of visiting the clinic i was having treatments that were beneficial and helped improve my appearance which gave me more confidence in myself.
Since having different treatments at the clinic, I was open to anything new to help improve my appearance as it was definitely changing.
At the end of last year Dr Strawford asked me to take part in the new Julaine treatment program where I had the 3 initial treatments over the course of a few months and I was amazed how quickly my skin had improved It became visibly smoother, glowing, more healthy looking and fuller. My confidence has gone from strength to strength, due to the compliments I’ve received since having the Julaine treatment.
A new client that was in the clinic when I went back for a follow-up that just came out of her consultation was really inspired by how my skin looked so much so that she booked in to have the treatment herself without hesitation.

I’ve stepped outside of my comfort zone by electing to spend a sum of money on myself. I’d been thinking about it for ages.

At the clinic in Wells I’ve been made to feel very welcome and I’m pleased so far with the results of my treatments. It’s no longer ‘the unknown’ and I feel much easier about the prospect of returning should I feel the need.

I had a great experience at Skin Excellence. I needed a wort removed which I couldn't shift over 10 months. The doctor Shannon put me at eaze by communicating the procedure. It was done and over in less that 10 mins. They offered after care, which was really kind.

Visited the clinic for a mole removal on my face so was anxious! Couldn't be happier with the treatment. Quick and pain free, and it's now healing really nicely. Shannon was great - friendly and professional and put me at ease before the procedure, answering all my questions. Reassured me throughout the treatment. Would highly recommend!

UPDATE!
It's now six months since I had my treatment to have a mole removed from my face, and I wanted to share a photo to show how brilliantly it has healed! The photo is without any makeup, and there is just a tiny pink blemish to the right of my eye. It can be completely covered with a tiny bit of concealer. I couldn't be happier with the results - thanks again to Shannon and staff at the clinic. If you are considering this treatment, I would definitely say go for it!
