Excellent Experience at Skin Excellence Clinic Plymouth!
Following a previous very poor experience at another clinic and after some time I decided, after recommendation, to try again with a new clinic and and I saw Dr Strawford. I can honestly say that my whole experience has been wonderful. All staff are so professional, helpful and caring. The clinic is very comfortable and relaxing with very nice coffee and tea. I felt no pain during my procedure and I am happy with the results. At my initial consultation Dr Strawford assessed my needs and made sure that I was fully informed. There was no push for me to do anything. I went away to think about things and then went ahead and booked and was treated. I will definitely continue my relationship with the clinic and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Strawford and his team! Show less »

Excellent client service, indepth conversation regarding procedure and any possible side effects. Dr Shawford was very knowledgeable, professional,warm and friendly. I felt very well looked after. The reception staff are super 👌such a lovely team. Afterwards I met with nurse Angie for a dernalux treatment and again felt very well looked after.

Always friendly, professional advice and love the results. The consultation s are never made to feel pressured into taking the treatment, but are explained in understandable terms to allow you to make a decision if right for you. I recently had radio surgery on my face , so was extremely worried about the process etc, however the team over at Skin Excellence made me feel incredibly at ease, and comfortable. The clinic itself is beautifully presented and the whole process was perfect. I will definitely be back for other treatments so I desire!

I have had regular facial treatments and skin therapies, including Julaine, at Skin Excellence and can definitely see the positive effects on my skin. The Julaine treatment especially has improved my skin tone and quality over time. Dr Ian Strawford, Shannon and Angie have the highest standards of excellence and always give no-pressure advice on treatments and skincare. They are highly knowledgeable and generous with their knowledge, really taking the time to make sure you are fully informed, including a clear understanding of the science of how treatments work. I had a great experience with the removal of the mole on my face and wish I had done it years ago. The doctor was knowledgeable and super friendly and the procedure itself was painless. The receptionist made me feel very welcome and I was fully informed before the procedure. I would definitely recommend Skin Excellence to everyone and anyone!

I had a mole removed from my face at this clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist gave me such a warm and friendly welcome - it really put me at ease right away. The clinic itself is spotless and looks incredibly professional, which gave me even more confidence that I was in the right place.

The doctor who performed the procedure was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain every step in detail before starting, which made me feel informed and reassured. His calm and caring approach made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience feel completely manageable.
