I recently visited Skin by Hartley Aesthetics for my first chemical peel, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which immediately helped calm my nerves. I was a bit anxious about the treatment, but Emma made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, including what to expect during the peel and the all important aftercare, which really reassured me.

It’s now been around 14 days since my treatment, and the transformation in my skin is remarkable. My complexion looks so much brighter and clearer, with a noticeable improvement in texture. I’ve struggled with dullness and uneven tone for a while, but this peel has genuinely given my skin a fresh, renewed glow.

What stood out to me the most was the level of care and attention I received. I never felt rushed or pressured into additional treatments, just genuinely supported throughout the process. The team’s professionalism and kindness made the whole experience even better.
