The staff were incredibly welcoming and took the time to assess my skin concerns before starting the treatment. They explained each step of the Platinum HydraFacial, which made me feel confident and relaxed throughout the entire process.

The treatment itself was amazing. The deep cleanse and hydrating serums left my skin feeling refreshed and incredibly smooth. The lymphatic drainage step in the Platinum version really made a difference — my skin looked visibly brighter, more even, and had that healthy glow immediately after.

What I loved most was that there was zero downtime. I walked out with hydrated, plump, glowing skin that continued to improve over the next few days. I’ve already received compliments on how clear and radiant my skin looks!

Had the best experience at Saya Aesthetic! Ellie was amazing – I had a facial with her and she was so lovely, professional, and really informative about my skin. The facial itself was brilliant. I also had a Thai massage and honestly, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Left feeling so relaxed and looked after. Will definitely be back!

I had a massage today with Taptim Dennis at SAYA Aesthetics and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. I felt comfortable, welcomed and relaxed even before the massage began. The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful.

Taptim really understood my issues and came across as both knowledgeable and experienced. The massage was exactly what I needed, very intuitive and perfectly tailored to my body. I’ve been seeing Abbie for hydrofacials for nearly a year now, and she has completely changed my skin!! It’s stopped breakouts, reduced blackheads and I see a lot less oil build up! Can’t recommend enough!

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience here. I had injectables from Dr Akruti, topped up by Dr Salma. The initial result was reasonably good but I needed a proper top up to receive the desired results and I was told this would be the case when I met with Dr Salma. The top up didn’t work at all and I received conflicting messages about why/the timing of top ups/information about when the results peak. I was also asked to come in for an appointment “immediately” under the impression that it was a top up appointment (it was called top up) and then told that I would not be able to have a top up. Query why this couldn’t have been a telephone call and why I needed to come in straight away to be told that. Very confusing, poor standard of service and generally unhappy with the results after the top up. Show less »

I had an amazing experience at SAYA Aesthetics in Beckenham, where I booked in for a Combination Massage with Taptim and a Platinum HydraFacial with Abbie.

The massage was exceptional. Taptim’s expertise in Traditional Thai and Deep Tissue massage really showed. She instinctively knew which areas needed focus, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The treatment room was calming, the massage table was sturdy and comfortable, and the heated blanket added a luxurious touch.

The HydraFacial treatment with Abbie was equally impressive. She explained every step of the process, and the light therapy stage felt like being transported to a beach sun lounger. My skin was glowing afterwards, with noticeably tighter pores and a much clearer complexion.

The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and welcoming, with a real sense of luxury. If you’re looking for a high-quality HydraFacial or massage in Beckenham, I can’t recommend SAYA Aesthetics highly enough. I’ll definitely be returning! Show less »

I have been going to Saya for several years now. I can honestly say Salma and her colleagues are the very best giving the best treatments that you require. They are very professional in what they do. The practice is so calming and very clean using the best products available and very safe. Patients always come first with this practice.
