Kristen is amazing. She is so attentive, made me feel relaxed and explained everything in details so I fully understood the treatment I was receiving and what she would do. She made my confidence sky rocket and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for treatments now. I’ve already started planning my next treatments and I can’t wait to visit again haha!!

Kristeen, who did my HydraFacial, was incredible, so knowledgeable, and attentive. She really took the time to explain each step and tailor the treatment to my skin, and I left feeling completely refreshed and glowing!! I also tried the lymphatic boots, which were such a great addition, super relaxing and really helped with my swollen legs.

Parking was also great too, with a dedicated car park, I loved being able to leave through the back entrance straight to my car after my treatment. Such a seamless, thoughtful experience from start to finish, I’ll definitely be back! 😍 Show less »

I recently visited Renu Skin Clinic in Dundee for mole removal and had a great experience. Kristen was amazing—so caring and reassuring, and she made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The procedure was quick and professional, and I felt in really good hands the whole time. Would definitely recommend!

This was my first consultation at ReNu Dundee. Kristeen was very knowledgable and easy to speak to. She has left me feeling positive that I can manage and improve my condition with a follow up of potential treatments and information. The meet and greet was great too, served me a lovely latte! The chamber was comfy and spacious, plenty of light & a bit of space to move around in. I took in a book but after 15mins I felt myself dozing off and enjoyed a lovely nap. At the initial consultation I was put at ease and very impressed with Kristeen's "bedside manner" and knowledge. Kristeen was lovely and so professional, she took me through the procedure, explaining the process in great detail including before and after photographs, all questions answered. The clinic was clean and well presented. Very impressive.

I had a consultation and treatment with Kristeen. I was nervous but felt immediately at ease. I did not feel rushed or pressured into anything. Kristeen is extremely knowledgeable and personable and listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions with confidence. I felt very comfortable and the treatment was painless. Would highly recommend!

I’m so pleased with the result, they are better than I was expecting. Kristeen checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable and explained what she was doing as it was going on so I knew what to expect.
I’m so happy with the outcome I will definitely recommend to others and when the time comes I will definitely be returning!
