I cannot recommend Mr. Fazel highly enough for the outstanding scar therapy treatment my daughter has received.

Before starting treatment, my daughter’s scars were having a significant emotional impact on her life. They were a constant reminder of a very difficult time and affected her confidence and self-esteem deeply. She often felt self-conscious and would go to great lengths to hide them, this is much improved.

I truly thought that there was no available treatment for scars like these, and that she would have to live with these scars forever.

From our very first appointment, Mr. Fazel was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. He treated both my daughter with such compassion and understanding, which immediately put her at ease. He took the time to explain the treatment process clearly, and made my daughter feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience.

The results have been amazing, with a significant improvement in the appearance of her scars—they are much smoother, flatter, and far less noticeable. Most importantly, I can already see a positive change in her confidence as she begins to feel more comfortable in herself again.

Mr. Fazel’s expertise, care, and attention to detail are truly exceptional. We are so grateful for the kindness and compassion shown throughout this journey.

What stood out most to me was how personalised the whole experience was. The team took the time to understand my individual needs and concerns, and I never felt any pressure to choose treatments. Instead, they offered thoughtful advice on skincare routines, products, and suitable treatments that would work best for me.

I recently had Profhilo skin booster injections and have been very pleased with the results. I was quite nervous beforehand, but the calm, welcoming, and supportive environment really helped to reassure me. Everything was explained clearly and I felt completely comfortable and well looked after throughout the process.

Absolutely amazing Manual Lymphatic Drainage from Penelope post surgery, in Amersham. She is a super friendly and incredibly experienced and successfully reduced my post surgery inflammation significantly, which in turn alleviated crippling pain. Im so impressed I travel 45mins door to door for her services!
