I came to Refresh Medispa for 6 sessions of manual lymphatic massage (MLD) with Penelope post breast reduction surgery. She is so brilliant and knowledgeable at treating the body post surgery. Having MLD has been extremely beneficial to my recovery and coupled with Penelope’s expertise, has massively contributed to my overall post surgery healing/how well I have healed. Absolutely amazing Manual Lymphatic Drainage from Penelope post surgery, in Amersham. She is a super friendly and incredibly experienced and successfully reduced my post surgery inflammation significantly, which in turn alleviated crippling pain. Im so impressed I travel 45mins door to door for her services!
