Highly recommend this clinic in Gorleston. Jemma was very professional and gave me her honest and clinical opinion. You can see she cares way more than just the cost of what you are getting done. I was very nervous as it was my first time having anything done and I couldn’t be happier. Jemma was very reassuring. The clinic was also very clean too! If you’re unsure and want to have a consultation she won’t pressure you only advise and give her clinical judgment on what you want done. Really recommend! Gemma is an amazingly qualified nurse, very professional.
She is always informative throughout the entire process.
I don't like needles and she reassures me before and during.
The results are impressive.

This is the best little gem of Gorleston. Very clean and sanitary. Staff are professional and friendly and actually take the time to deliver the best service. Even if that means giving you advice which you may not want. As in not just pushing products on you.
Asked if i needed a particular treatment and was informed that i did not need it. I'm certain other people would just give you whatever as it's all about the money.
I have always used refind and will always use refind. You can't get this kind of service in your local salon. The staff here are all fully qualified NHS nurses. You pay for what you get, and when that comes to my face, money is not an option, but perfection is. 💯
I highly recommend this place, and there is also a second shop opened up for the Lowestoft clientelle. Show less »

I had such a good experience with Kim, she made me feel so comfortable and we had a good laugh, the results were amazing couldn't recommend a better clinic for lip filler or any other facial cosmetics. I was so worried at first but they are such skilled ladies and leave you feeling even more confident!
