After living with a childhood burn scar for most of my adult life, I had almost given up hope of ever seeing a real improvement. I had visited numerous clinics across London, including clinics on Harley Street, undergone consultations and treatments, and spent years searching for a solution. Unfortunately, despite all the promises, I saw little to no meaningful change.

When I contacted this clinic, I wasn’t expecting much. However, from my very first interaction, I was impressed by their professionalism, honesty, and outstanding communication. A special thank you to Tara, whose communication, support, and organisation throughout my journey have been exceptional. She has always been responsive, accommodating, and genuinely caring.

I would also like to thank Dr Tapan for taking on my case when I had almost lost hope. Treating older burn scars, particularly in darker skin tones, can be challenging, but his expertise and dedication have achieved results I genuinely never thought were possible.

The improvement in both the colour and texture of my scar has been remarkable. For the first time in my life, my scar is blending more naturally with my skin, and the difference has had a huge impact on my confidence and self-esteem.

As someone with Black skin, I know how difficult it can be to find clinics with experience treating scars safely and effectively in darker skin tones. I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone with darker or Black skin who feels they have limited options, as well as anyone who has an old scar and has lost hope after unsuccessful treatments elsewhere.

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience at the PHI Clinic and can not recommend them enough. Tara was not only accommodating with my appointment times but also very knowledgeable about all the treatments.

All of the staff that I encountered were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The clinic itself is beautiful.

Dr. Patel is wonderful. He listened to all my concerns and really thought about everything I said before developing a treatment plan tailored to my needs and concerns. He was very thoughtful and made sure I knew every move he was going to make to set my mind at ease. I had a bit of filler in my temple and lips. It was painless and very subtle which is exactly what I had hoped for. It all looks perfect! I also had laser for my Rosacea which has definitely helped to ease the redness and reduce the capillaries on my face. Again Dr. Patel made sure I was comfortable and knew what he was doing and when he was doing it.

I'm looking forward to coming back to the PHI clinic for more treatments in the future. I can not recommend the PHI clinic enough. Definitely 5 stars plus 5 stars more! Show less »

I had a wonderful experience at PHI Clinic, especially with Dr. Sarah Gaughan. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I had two different consultations, one with Dr Anneka which performed my first treatment -I’ve raised some concerns and she addressed my questions and explained what to expect. I went back for the second treatment few months after and she's been very professional.

During our initial consultation she recommended and additional treatment which I was inclined to consider but I wanted to have the procedure done by DR Patel instead- for this reason we agreed to book a consultation with him (almost £300 for 7 mins out of the 30mins booked and paid in full) from which I never received a follow up email or plan - it has been almost 3 weeks now.

Prior the additional consultation with DR Patel, Dr Anneka advised to use some Products to get my skin ready for
The potential treatment with him - one of them is the tretinol from Obagi (paid £130)- I bought it in October and I found out it expires in few months ( feb 2026) only 4 months left.. quite not right in my opinion.

I am truly disappointed by the lack of communication considering this was also my first experience this world really.

I have been seeing Jenna for several years and have undergone a variety of facial and skin treatments, including Secret RF. She is an exceptionally experienced therapist with extensive knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments and highly skilled technologies.

Jenna consistently delivers outstanding results. Her expertise and deep understanding of skin health allow her to recommend treatments that are perfectly tailored to my individual needs, and the results have always exceeded my expectations. Most recently, she recommended Genesis and V-Beam treatments to address redness and sun damage on my neck and décolletage, and the results have been remarkable.

Some of the treatments require a high level of technical skill and can involve mild discomfort; however, Jenna’s technique is impeccable. She has a calm, reassuring manner and explains each procedure thoroughly, ensuring you feel comfortable, informed, and in safe hands throughout the process.

I came to this clinic following surgery that left me with unsightly scars that had impacted my self-esteem significantly. As a student, I was incredibly grateful that the clinic kindly agreed to treat me on a pro bono basis. From the very beginning, the care I have received has been nothing short of exceptional. I have been treated with the same attention, respect, and professionalism as any paying patient. In such a short space of time, I have already seen significant improvement in my scars, which has made a huge difference to my confidence.

Nurse Alice has been absolutely amazing during every session. She is incredibly caring, attentive, and always ensures I am comfortable. Her professionalism and warmth truly stand out. Both Nurse Alice and Dr Patel clearly possess a remarkable depth of knowledge and experience, which is reflected in the quality of care they provide.

The clinic itself is beautiful and offers an impressive range of technologies to treat a wide variety of conditions. I feel genuinely welcomed every time I attend. THE FRESHEST FACIAL - EVER!
My skin was looking dry and dull after a late holiday and I was excited to try this new peel.

It's based on Ayurvedic principles which blends ancient healing knowledge with the latest skincare technology, combining herbal ingredients o reduce inflammation and brighten skin tone as well refine texture.

The first step after my skin was cleansed was the lymphatic massage which uses the JetCare Hydro system to boost circulation and detoxify the skin. Next Yelda my super knowledgeable therapist explained how Ayurvedic Exfoliation element of the treatment worked, using gentle but effect salicylic acid that whisked away the top dead layer of skin and which she said would also help with breakouts and minimise pores.

Next I was treated to the Jetcare Ayurvedic Infusion where a highly concentrated blend of skin nutrients were delivered directly to my skin to help nourish, plump and the production of new baby skin cells.

Finally a Boost Infusion was applied all over my skin to improve skin resilience and give a radiant finish.

All the way through the treatment my skin felt pleasantly cool and tingly, the jet element of the process ensures all the ingredients are pushed gently to the skin where they are needed most.

When Yelda showed me my face after treatment I was really surprised, it looked fresher, more glowing and definitely a lot healthier and the results lasted a good few weeks.

Not an answer so far which is quite disappointing. I’ve followed up via email twice but still nothing.

I walked into the Clinic for the first time, on a hot early July afternoon; and was met with a lively, friendly, warm welcome from the Receptionist, of this cool, airy place of beauty and grandeur, in white. It is impossible to feel anything but rejuvenated and self-satisfied, in a space which exudes so much brightness and welcome.
Every staff member greets you with a beautiful smile - through other doctors and support teams, to the owner himself, who does not fail to greet you, even in the flurry of his working day. Their own faces inspire your confidence that you are in the right place and the right hands.
I walked out of the treatment, looking the best version of my fully recognisable self. My son said nothing that evening - my colleagues thought my 'make-up' was good the next day. I can see the work, but it's beautifully subtle, masterfully crafted, it takes nothing away, but adds that touch of 'lift' 🤷‍♀️ that the face needs, to fully radiate your inner sunshine. Show less »

I had an appointment with Jenna Staal for a beauty treatment, and the encounter was incredibly frustrating. She completely failed to address my concerns and seemed uninterested in providing quality care.

Moreover, I believe a beauty therapist should maintain a certain level of professionalism, and unfortunately, Jenna did not meet those expectations. Her body odour was quite noticeable, and her breath was unpleasant during our interaction.

Thankfully, this was my first and last visit to PHI Clinic. I found another clinic in West London that offers superior treatments at a better price, and the practitioner maintained a much more professional demeanour. From my experience, I would not recommend PHI Clinic. Show less »

I also had the pleasure of meeting Jenna, who helped design a personalized skin treatment plan. She took the time to thoroughly explain the clinic’s range of laser treatments and recommended the best options for addressing my skin concerns.
