I have just completed a course of 3 skin pen treatments with Leanne and I would highly recommend the treatment and Leanne. Leanne explained everything to me fully and clearly so I knew what to expect after each treatment. She was very knowledgeable about the treatment and she ensured that I was comfortable throughout, the treatment room was lovely, clean, tidy and the temperature was perfect. Elle made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. We discussed what I was hoping to achieve and she explained everything clearly, including the process I’d need to follow to get the best results. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took her time explaining everything and not making me feel rushed.

The treatment itself was carried out with great care and attention, with Elle checking in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I left feeling really looked after and confident that I’m in safe hands. Would definitely recommend. Show less »

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I initially found Paragon Aesthetics in Whitley Bay through Google, and from the moment Amy and I arrived the whole experience was outstanding. The clinic is right in the centre of Whitley Bay, easy to find, and the building itself is absolutely stunning. From the start, Elle and Linda were incredibly welcoming and immediately made both of us feel relaxed and comfortable. The consultations were thorough and unhurried, lasting around 30 minutes each, which gave us real confidence before going ahead with any treatment. I had liquid rhinoplasty to straighten my nose following previous nose surgery elsewhere that unfortunately hadn’t gone to plan, something that was important to me as I record regular video content, and the result has honestly been fantastic, natural looking and perfectly balanced. Amy had tear trough filler along with subtle softening around the mouth, and the precision and balance achieved were incredible, especially as the placement differed slightly on each side to create symmetry. What really stood out to both of us was how gentle the treatments were, with no bruising, no swelling and virtually no discomfort, which is something we’ve never experienced before despite visiting other aesthetic practitioners in the past. What makes Elle different is her professionalism and honesty. Rather than encouraging more treatments, she carefully assessed each of our faces individually and advised what was genuinely needed and, just as importantly, what wasn’t. Amy had considered additional treatments and I was also interested in further procedures, but Elle openly advised against anything unnecessary, focusing purely on natural results and facial balance rather than profit. Her depth of knowledge around facial anatomy was clear throughout and felt on another level entirely. The whole experience felt ethical, safe and expertly delivered from start to finish, and both Amy and I would highly recommend Paragon Aesthetics to anyone looking for honest advice, natural results and truly first-class care. I recently invested over £2,000 in a treatment plan at this clinic and came away feeling quite disappointed. The practitioner was pleasant and the clinic itself is well presented, but the explanations I was given during the consultation led me to expect results that simply didn’t materialise. What I ended up with was far more subtle than I’d been led to believe, and not what I had hoped for given the cost.

I’m sharing my experience so others, particularly those in their 60s, can make fully informed decisions. I’d really recommend asking very specific questions about what results are realistic for your age and skin type before committing. Everyone’s outcome will be different, but in my case the treatment fell short of the expectations that were set. Show less »

I’ve been a client of Nurse Annalise at Paragon Aesthetics for almost a year now, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my journey. I initially started a course of HydraFacials which was easily one of the best decisions I’ve made for my skin.

Annalise consistently went above and beyond during each treatment, offering tailored skincare advice and recommendations that really suit my individual needs. Three months on from those treatments and my skin has never been better! Her knowledge, care, and attention to detail make every visit feel personal and professional.

The treatment itself was ever so slightly more uncomfortable than my usual Botox, Dr Elle explained this may be the case before treatment but the results are so worth it already.
