I recently visited the clinic for a consultation with Paloma ahead of my wedding next year and had a wonderful experience.

The clinic is beautiful inside, very inviting and all front desk staff are extremely helpful. We had to move my appointment prior and this was done smoothly and in a very accommodating way.

Paloma was very thorough with me, probably one of the most thorough consultations I have had about my skin concerns. She was very informative and gave recommendations rather than advising in a pushy way. I haven’t made my treatment appointments yet but after consulting with Paloma about BBL, Moxi and various facial treatments to enhance my skin ahead of getting married, I’ll have no hesitation in doing these at NK. I am very excited to start my treatment journey, thank you again for such a wonderful introductory experience! Show less »

From the moment you walk through the door, you're welcomed by her wonderful team, who fill the salon with the most amazing energy. Every visit is such a lovely experience, and I honestly couldn't recommend them more. 5 stars isn’t enough to express how happy I am with the results of my treatments. Show less »

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - since my treatment at Natali last year I moved to NY. The top clinics in NY do NOT compare. I plan to travel back mostly to visit them. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Their botox injections were completely pain free and my skin was glowing for months after my facial!

My actual appointment with Natali was amazing. She made me feel relaxed and discussed everything in detail. There is no hard sell of products or pushing you to have treatments there and then.
Just personal recommendations. I’m looking forward to having my first round of treatments soon.

Had the most amazing experience at the Natali Kelly clinic today. I saw Magda for my facial balancing including brow lift, lip and chin filler. Magda made sure I felt comfortable and pre warned me before injecting. It wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be. Overall I highly recommend this clinic I will definitely be returning. Thank you 🤍

Which actually broke me out really badly and left me with more damage. To top it off, I haven’t actually seen any improvement in texture, or fine lines from the device.

It’s worth considering if you want laser/skin treatments to see a dermatologist and not an aesthetics nurse. The results vary based on the settings. Again go to someone who can properly take care of skin concerns like acne and scarring specifically.

Afterwards I came into visit the clinic and they couldn’t really suggest something to help with the acne other than the very obvious things to do at home. Show less »

I’ve absolutely loved my experiences at Natali Kelly. The clinic itself is beautiful and everyone who works there is a delight to interact with. I’ve had 2 treatments done here, HIFU with Eden and lip filler with Paloma - they are both amazing at what they do, made me feel so comfortable, and I’m obsessed with my results!
