Three weeks ago, I had an appointment with Natasha for polynucleotide treatment under the eye area and I am now experiencing extreme swelling which is very abnormal as I have had polynucleotide treatment done before elsewhere with no complications. Three weeks ago, I had an appointment with Natasha for polynucleotide treatment under the eye area and I am now experiencing extreme swelling which is very abnormal as I have had polynucleotide treatment done before elsewhere with no complications. I am distraught and very upset by the results, I contacted the clinic and was advised by Natasha to come in to take a closer look. I was told that the swelling would “calm down” and there is nothing to worry about, I just needed to give it some time. I followed the advice in hopes that it would work and gave it a week to hopefully settle down. The swelling remained the same a week later and I was becoming more and more concerned so I tried to contact the clinic again but it became apparent to me that my number was blocked! This was very absurd to me and I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and service provided. This is an incredibly unprofessional clinic as I am now left with this result and there has been no signs of improvement. I had originally made an appointment with Natasha as I was shown photos of her work on her social media but I can confidently say the work she publishes online compared to the actual results you would get are entirely DIFFERENT. To anyone reading this, please do not trust this clinic, their lack of professionalism is shameful and I can say with confidence that I will not be returning here ever again. Show less »

Natasha is honestly amazing, I've been going to her for botox, seventy hyal and my lips and honestly, I'd not let anyone else near my face now! Had my lips done for the first time 18 months ago, in the run up to my wedding. We went with 0.5ml as I wanted them to still be "my lips" but with a little bit more volume. Had my lips done for the first time 18 months ago, in the run up to my wedding. We went with 0.5ml as I wanted them to still be "my lips" but with a little bit more volume. She absolutely nailed the brief. I booked in for 0.8ml this time for a touch more but we only actually needed 0.4ml to get the look I wanted. Natasha could have just kept going, put the 0.8ml in and charged me accordingly, bit being the aesthetician she is, knowing the look I like, she stopped on 0.4ml and showed me first to give me the chance to make the decision. She genuinely knows her stuff, puts you at ease, is a genuinely lovely person, I'll never trust anyone else with my face. 110% recommend. Show less »

Having initially used a very well known clinic in Newcastle for many years, for several reasons I felt the need for a change in practitioner. After a lot of research I was lucky enough to find Natasha about 3 years ago. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Natasha has a medical background and is so knowledgeable. Having had quite a few different treatments she always gives me a full consultation, will go through any questions I may have and completely puts me at ease ensuring that my experience and results are totally personalised. While she is dedicated to achieving my desired result she has absolutely no problem saying No! Aftercare is amazing, depending on the procedure, Natasha will check in and offer follow up appointments if necessary. She really is the best!
