Amazing consultation, very thorough. I felt well informed and in safe hands throughout my treatment. Natasha took time to explain everything to me and things that others may have missed. I was given options but also understood expectations. I also felt quite relaxed throughout. Treatments can be painful but Natasha topped me up as we went on with cream this...

Natasha’s knowledge around the treatments she offers is outstanding. She focused on exactly what I wanted and was completely honest about what was achievable. She absolutely nailed the brief. I booked in for 0.8ml this time for a touch more but we only actually needed 0.4ml to get the look I wanted. Natasha could have just kept going, put the 0.8ml in and charged me accordingly, bit being the aesthetician she is, knowing the look I like, she stopped on 0.4ml and showed me first to give me the chance to make the decision. She genuinely knows her stuff, puts you at ease, is a genuinely lovely person, I'll never trust anyone else with my face. 110% recommend. Show less »

Having initially used a very well known clinic in Newcastle for many years, for several reasons I felt the need for a change in practitioner. After a lot of research I was lucky enough to find Natasha about 3 years ago. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Natasha has a medical background and is so knowledgeable. Having had quite a few different treatments she always gives me a full consultation, will go through any questions I may have and completely puts me at ease ensuring that my experience and results are totally personalised. While she is dedicated to achieving my desired result she has absolutely no problem saying No! Aftercare is amazing, depending on the procedure, Natasha will check in and offer follow up appointments if necessary. She really is the best!
