I love laser clinic! I have been having positive experiences with Anna! She has been so friendly, professional and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout my laser treatments. She explained everything clearly and created such a welcoming environment, which I really appreciated.

The only thing I would love to see is a wider range of skin treatments available at the clinic, as I would definitely be interested in having more treatments done here alongside my laser sessions. Overall, a lovely experience and I would highly recommend Anna! We love her!! Show less »

I had a wonderful experience with Claudia. She was warm, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable from the start. She took the time to explain the laser treatment in detail, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident and relaxed throughout the appointment.

I’ve had such an amazing experience with Poonam for my laser hair removal treatments. She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always makes me feel completely comfortable during every session. She takes the time to explain everything properly, is very thorough and genuinely cares about getting the best results for her clients.

The treatments have been incredibly effective, and I’ve seen such a huge difference. Any concerns or questions I’ve had along the way have always been handled so well by Poonam and she’s made sure I felt reassured and comfortable throughout the process.

Poonam is always welcoming, patient and makes the whole experience feel easy and stress free. I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone considering laser hair removal, she’s absolutely the best at what she does! Show less »

I had six laser hair removal sessions for my arms and shoulders at this clinic, and honestly, it was a complete waste of money. After all six sessions, not even a single hair was removed. There has been absolutely no difference from day one.

I am extremely disappointed with the results and the overall service. It honestly feels like the staff do not know what they are doing. I followed the treatment plan properly and expected at least some improvement after six sessions, but there was literally no change at all.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I had laser treatments for my legs at Laser somewhere else and they did an amazing job. The hair on my legs barely grows back anymore, and the results were exactly what laser treatment is supposed to achieve. So I know the issue is not my hair or skin type. The problem is clearly this clinic and the poor quality of their treatment.

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for effective laser hair removal. Save your money and go somewhere that actually knows how to provide proper results. Show less »

I had a wonderful experience at Wimbledon Laser Clinic today. I was treated by Lauren, and she was absolutely fantastic.

Top-Tier Care: Lauren is an excellent therapist. She is professional, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable.

Consistency: I was treated by Stephanie last year (who was also amazing), and I’m so happy to find that the high standard of care has continued with Lauren.

The service was so impressive that I’d like to be treated only by Lauren moving forward.

Claudia made the whole process feel very easy and simple. She was also very organised and efficient, so the appointment went smoothly without feeling rushed. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and really cares about her clients.

Before she begins the treatment she’ll ask which area is our main concern and will really target that area and will go over it a few times without ever having to ask her. For my latest treatment I have decided to take the plunge with a full body laser hair removal. Lauren has been absolutely fantastic in the treatments she has been providing. She is extremely affable and has made me feel very comfortable throughout our sessions. Lauren has also clearly explained the pre and post treatment processes, leading to fantastic results even after only a few sessions. I highly recommend to anybody who may be thinking about giving laser hair removal a shot. Show less »

She told me that I was entitled to certain areas that I didn’t know I was entitled to with the therapist before. She was very vocal and made sure my safety and well-being was looked after.
