I had a microneedling session with Tej who was amazinggg at targeting the problem areas in my skin. She was very careful and knowledgeable and took time to make sure the procedure was done to a good standard, always making sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend booking a session with her!!

I’ve been having treatments at this clinic for some time now, and while my experience with the clinic as a whole has been mixed, one person who has consistently stood out is Ellie.

Ellie has been absolutely exceptional throughout. She is incredibly kind, caring, patient, and professional, and always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at ease during every appointment. She takes the time to listen, answers questions thoughtfully, and genuinely seems to care about her clients and the results they achieve.

What I appreciate most is her warm and reassuring manner. She has a rare ability to make every session feel relaxed and positive, and her professionalism is second to none. Honestly, I wouldn’t want my treatments to be with anyone else.

The specialist was very welcoming and professional, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. I’ve been going to this laser clinic for over 8 months now, and I’ve had such a great experience. The staff are always friendly and professional, and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

I especially want to mention Hayat Ibrahim she’s been amazing over the last few months! She always takes detailed notes on my treatment progress and adjusts the levels carefully to make sure I get the best results. She also takes the time to explain everything and talk me through aftercare, which I really appreciate.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and the results so far. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser treatments!
