I’ve been coming to Laser Clinics Milton Keynes since 2022, and I’ve honestly never had a bad experience. Every treatment has been professional, and I’ve always left happy with my laser sessions.

I recently had my half face, Hollywood, and underarm laser treatments with Murielle, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly thorough, paid great attention to detail, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly rather than rushing through the treatment.

I’ve always been happy with the team at Laser Clinics Milton Keynes, but Murielle is definitely my favourite. I highly recommend her if you’re considering laser treatments! Show less »

My most recent appointment was with Lily, who greeted me warmly as soon as I arrived. She was incredibly professional, reassuring, and kind throughout my treatment. Although laser hair removal can feel a little daunting, Lily immediately put me at ease, and I felt completely safe and confident in her capable hands.

They have tried very hard to push this narrative despite it being corrected multiple times and them acknowledging that they did have the incorrect information and my packages had in fact not expired!! (I have emails to prove this!)
The below reply by them is exactly the very very poor response to complains that I have been dealing with- whereby they don't provide accurate information, nor do they afford any understanding to the actual matter, instead they try everything possible to somehow deny treatment that we have already paid for (there are multiple such instances by them all over social media).

Please be careful before engaging with them. Your money is highly at risk!

Do not buy their packages as Laser Clinic UK itself will not take any accountability for the money you have spent on their brand.

I prepaid over £300 for laser treatments and froze my package during pregnancy after being advised by the clinic that I could resume treatments after giving birth. After relocating to Reading postpartum, I requested a transfer to another Laser Clinics UK branch or an account credit/voucher so I could continue treatment closer to home.

Instead, I received dismissive and highly templated email responses, with no attempt to discuss the matter over the phone despite repeatedly requesting a practical resolution. I was initially incorrectly informed that my package had expired and “held no remaining value,” only for this to later be corrected after I challenged it.

The only “solutions” offered were to travel from Reading to Milton Keynes (2.5 hour drive one way) with a newborn baby, privately find someone else to take over my treatments, or spend the value on products, in their Milton Keynes clinic, that I do not need.

Most concerning was being told that even if I escalated my complaint to Head Office, it would simply be referred back to the same franchise owner I was complaining about, leaving no genuine independent complaints process or accountability within the brand.

I would strongly caution others against prepaying large amounts for treatment packages without fully understanding how restrictive the franchise structure is if your circumstances change.

Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my view of the brand and I would no longer recommend Laser Clinics UK to others. Show less »
