I have been here four times now. Three of those times I’ve had the lovely Alex as my technician and she has truly been wonderful. Alex is so chilled yet very professional. She always makes the experience a very pleasant and relaxing one. Highly recommended.

Based on my experience, I must express my dissatisfaction with the clinic's appointment scheduling system. Despite booking appointments for the past two weeks, each time, I was informed of an incorrect booking, and staff unavailability was cited. This has led me to consider this clinic's services as unsatisfactory..

Olivia was really competent and explained the treatment and what to expect during the session. Overall, treatment was an excellent experience. No issues with it.

I leave a 3 review as the clinic does not have customer loos and expected me to go to Starbucks or public toilets. For the treatments they provide, you would expect a customer toilet.

A skincare service for laser hair removal and skin treatment.

The staff here is very professional and knowledgeable. I had a consultation with Beatrice (?) today. She’s so knowledgeable with everything about skin care. She gave me tons of advice on how to do my daily routine, how to step up a bit with some treatment products and most crucially, what not to do to cause problems and complications.

The facilities look professional and the store is very clean and spacious.

They also have promotions going on almost all the time.

I’ve used the service at a different branch, but Beatrice offered way better service than the other store. Highly recommend to check this store out if you’re looking for skin care or hair removal. Show less »
