I bought a package in harrow as was told there was an appointment the following morning. It would be great to start the treatment before my holiday, however, after payment, this appoiment magically was no longer available. i explained how upset i was as the whole reason for me to pay there and then was for that appointment alone, otherwise i would have paid... I bought a package in harrow as was told there was an appointment the following morning. It would be great to start the treatment before my holiday, however, after payment, this appoiment magically was no longer available. i explained how upset i was as the whole reason for me to pay there and then was for that appointment alone, otherwise i would have paid on my return. The indian lady dealing with this was very rude.

Due to holidays, we then had to wait 2 months. I requested a refund, it was declined. the lady said if i bought it through the website then they would have refunded but as i went to the store, there was nothing they could do.

Finally we started the treatment. I then moved to Manchester and it became very difficult to book appoinments, I requested a refund again - it was declined and they explained that each location is separate so they could not transfer the treatment. Later that year I had a stroke and became paralysed on nym left side so was not allowed to drive, once again made it even harder to attend appointments. The ladies were happy to wait until i got better rather than stick to sell by dates, which I appreciated and is the only reason why this review is not 1 star.
After I recovered, I started attending appointmnets again. I explained that as I was not allowed to drive, I would be depending on lifts from manchester etc... It has been truly a rollercoaster and very difficult to complete my course. A few times I attended, they were running late so there was no time to do all that was booked, resulting in further appointments. I really wish that a refund would have been issues on my first request. Would have saved everyone all this backwards and forwards.

The good side is that i did see results from the treatment in the beginning

I then complained, and was told on 5th January 2026 that someone would be in touch with me after investigating. Have notnheard back since. Incredibly disappointment customer service / care Show less »

I’ve had a couple laser sessions so far with the same therapist Sarah. Her technique is really good and I saw amazing results from the first session! She is also very professional which is very reassuring, every time I book my next session I make sure it’s with Sarah, she remembers exactly what I want and what my concerns are. I’ve been having full body laser hair removal at this clinic in Harrow and it has been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. A special shoutout to Lalita, who has been my therapist – she’s incredibly professional, friendly and made me feel so comfortable throughout every session. She explains everything clearly, checks on pain levels and aftercare, and the clinic is always spotless with punctual appointments.
After just a few sessions I noticed a big reduction in hair growth, especially on legs, underarms and bikini line. The hair that grows back is much finer and slower, so I spend far less time shaving or dealing with ingrowns. The results have boosted my confidence massively, and I’m excited for the full course. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable from the very beginning. Rather with treatment or consultation, her knowledge and confidence really stood out, and it was clear she genuinely cares about her clients and the quality of her work.

She is truly an asset to the clinic, and her exceptional performance made my visit very positive everytime. It’s rare to find someone so skilled yet so warm and welcoming at the same time.

I started my acne treatment at Laser Clinic and had a great experience from the beginning.

Lalila conducted my free consultation and created a personalised treatment plan for me. We began with Blue LED light therapy to control my acne, followed by microneedling once my skin improved. I’ve completed my Blue LED sessions and am currently continuing with microneedling combined with yellow light therapy.

I was able to take advantage of both a joining discount and the Black Friday sale, which made the treatments even more worthwhile.

Sarah has also been amazing throughout the process she explained the microneedling procedure clearly and provided detailed before and after care instructions and helpful suggestions.

I’m so happy to say that my acne is now gone, and I’m just working on clearing the remaining scars. The results have been fantastic.

On one occasion, they couldn’t find me a weekend appointment, but the manager went above and beyond by making special arrangements and opening a bit early to fit me in. It was a rare, one-time accommodation, but it truly showed that they put their customers first. I’m very grateful for that extra effort.

Overall, it’s a great clinic with professional, friendly staff, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering treatment. Show less »
