I do laser hair removal about a year. I have been lucky to meet Anna. She is always friendly and makes me really comfortable. She was attentive, careful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment.

I had a very positive experience at the Croydon clinic, especially with Bhumika, who carried out my laser treatment. From the moment I arrived, she was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable.

She took the time to explain the entire process in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured I understood what to expect from the treatment. During the session, she was very attentive and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Her calm and caring approach really helped ease any nerves I had.

What stood out the most was her professionalism and attention to detail. She made sure everything was done properly and safely, and I genuinely felt that I was in good hands throughout the appointment.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Bhumika to anyone considering laser treatment. Thank you for such a great experience! Show less »

Had my last sessions with Sandra today and the treatment has been amazing and worked really well. I’ve also had treatment with Porsha along the way and she’s been great, really friendly and puts you at ease quickly. Would recommend!

I booked 10 sessions of hair laser removal and had different consultants during my first 8 sessions.On my 9th session I was delighted to meet Anna.She is very professional,kind,and she is doing her job with love.I totally recommend booking your sessions with her.

I booked a full-body laser hair removal package and had a few different consultants for the first few sessions. Most of them were really lovely and helpful, thank you! But I did have one session with a consultant (I didn’t catch her name) that wasn’t a great experience. She was quite harsh about my shaving from the very start and even said she might not be able to do my session because I “didn’t shave my knees properly” though I barely have any hair there, and I’ve shaved the same way for all my other sessions with no problems. She had to speak to her manager and left me waiting, which made me feel quite stressed and uncomfortable.

She also didn’t mark the body areas during my full-body laser session (which all other consultants usually do). When I asked, she said she didn’t need to because she was very experienced. Sadly, about a week later, I noticed a clear strip of hair growing on my left calf, every where else was fine except that one obvious line, which looks funny but also quite frustrating.

That session almost put me off, but then I had Anna at my next appointment and, she was so great! She is so caring, friendly, and reassuring. She constantly checks in to make sure I was comfortable, asks if the laser level is okay. She made me feel completely at ease and genuinely cared for.

You can tell Anna takes pride in her work and I feel comfortable having her treat my body. After having her, I immediately decided I will always have my full body session with Anna only.

If you’re going to Laser Clinics Croydon, do yourself a favour and book Anna. Show less »

My mum recently had a laser hair removal session and was very happy with the experience. She especially wanted to thank the lovely lady who did her treatment. She was professional, kind, and made her feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. My mum would be very happy to have her for all her future sessions. Highly recommend!
