I just now tried moving a pre paid appointment for tomorrow evening, as I have an unforeseen meeting at work the next day I cannot have a red face for. I have been told I will therefore lose my appointment at the clinic, as well as the money I have paid for it bc of having had one no show in the last seven years. This is very poor customer service, especially since I have constantly been going here for a long time. Very disappointing and I will now have to find another place to get my treatments done. I recently went for my 6th laser hair treatment and had a really great experience again. The whole process was very smooth, comfortable, and professionally done. My therapist, Nazia S, was absolutely amazing — she was friendly, patient, and made me feel at ease throughout the session.

Katie is incredibly professional and always makes me feel completely comfortable during my laser sessions. She’s so kind and easy to chat to, which really puts you at ease - I couldn’t recommend her more.

Laser clinic is great. Really happy with my results after just 3 sessions. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I had Katie for my treatment , she always makes me feel comfortable and is happy to listen and tailor the treatment to target the most problematic areas.

Kirstin is a true professional and an absolute wizard with the laser! I was initially nervous about the pain, but she has such a gentle touch and great technique that it was totally bearable. She explains everything as she goes and really puts you at ease. So happy I found her - it’s nice to have someone to chat through the little zaps!

Inga did my microneedling today. She was absolutely lovely and so patient!! She kept me informed about what to expect and which lasers would suit me. I would definitely return to this branch just for her

Haven’t always had the best experience with this branch in particular but Seni performed my treatment today and she was excellent! She was welcoming, extremely thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Will be asking for her again!

The results have been fantastic—smooth, long-lasting, and way better than I expected. What stood out most was Ryan’s attention to detail and how gentle and thorough he was throughout the session. They truly care about their clients’ comfort and satisfaction.
