Absolutely amazing at what she does, making sure she always puts the customer first! The process from start to finish was very smooth, even greeted with a lovely hot drink! Also Katie is incredible at putting nervous people at ease!

Katie is welcoming, friendly and takes her time to listen to you. She ensures that your expectations are realistic. After my treatment, I am over the moon with the results, better than I imagined.
