I have had treatments done twice by Sofia and have always had a very friendly welcome to the clinic. Rachel is a superstar. If you want to discuss anything medical or aesthetic she’s one of the really good ones; someone to trust. Lovely nature. Kind and very knowledgable. Immaculate salon. I never dread my appointments and can honestly say it’s painless. My face always looks so refreshed after seeing her. I've been going to iSkincare (Rach) for years now! The service is outstanding and Rach is so thoughtful and gentle! She takes the time at every appointment and follow up to make sure I get exactly what I want and that I'm happy. She really listens to me when I have questions and if she makes recommendations, I know that are best for me personally rather than a blanket approach to all her customers. The treatment rooms are clean, hygienic and comfortable. I know both professionals are trained to a high standard clinically which puts me at ease and the products used are of an equally high quality.
