I was initially booked for a consultation today to remove a cyst under the eye. Pauline at the reception desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had very little wait time before being seen by the doctor. Dr Omar was very warm and patient, he explained the procedure and was happy to answer as many questions as we had, he even offered to do the treatment on the same day so that we didn’t have to come back. He was reassuring throughout the procedure, gave us aftercare information and offered us a follow up consultation. I visited Dr. Stark in October for a consultation about managing my metabolism. He didn't recommend the treatment that I wanted, because I already have a good BMI and do not have any problems with my health. The clinic is clean, the staff are helpful, and Dr. Stark is kind, informative, and cares about his patients' health. I recommend him. Thank you.

Booked a spot injection the day before for a morning appointment. Pauline was lovely and welcoming, and Dr. Glancey was professional.

The procedure was quick and painless but I saw no results. The bumps are still there.

The clinic offered a top up free of charge which was very appreciated.

Had a fantastic experience and a quick successful procedure for a mole removal on my face with Dr Stark.
The staff are extremely welcoming and hospitable. Everything is calm and relaxing and the procedure itself was able to be done after a thorough consultation on the same day.
I would have no reservations recommending the clinic, a 5 star experience

Dr Khan is consistently amazing and helpful, his approach is quite gentle and effective, you will always receive friendly help and advice. The staff are quite knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
