Firstly, and most importantly it’s worth mentioning that the surgery gives store credit in return for positive reviews, so take any reviews with a pinch of salt.

Here’s my experience - It’s been over a year now since my double chin lipo and skin tightening operation, I wanted to leave it at least 12months to get the full results, but I am still gravely disappointed.

Straight after the surgery in my first review, the Dr admitted it wasn’t looking great, and wasn’t giving the results they had anticipated. The Dr seemed genuinely empathetic with me and was disappointed in the results, so much so that they offered to re do it again free of charge. HOWEVER, the surgery/company itself refused this and insisted I would have to pay another £3-4K!!
Considering this was the most expensive company offering the procedure at £7K, they assured me they would be the best. But I was nothing short of disappointed, and would deem it a total waste of money. I had been saving 4years for the surgery and I just feel robbed, and the fact the Dr themselves admitted it wasn’t the right results and needed correcting but the surgery pushed back to further rob me of thousands of pounds makes it even worse.

The Dr was kind and knowledgeable but unfortunately fell short in the surgery, not to mention also that you pay for a package that includes a meal and I never received my meal, just someone else’s out of date sandwich…🙃 The products also included in the package were faulty and wouldn’t dispense. The surgery said they would send a replacement and never did.
Genuinely the whole thing was a shambles for an egregious price, definitely avoid. Show less »

Starting with positives - I’m really happy with the chin lipo results which has worked really well for me. The front of house team (Lisa) and the nurse were also friendly and made things feel comfortable on the day.

That said, other parts of the experience fell short of what I was expecting. From the first consultation, communication from Dr Khan felt quite cold and he came across a bit disengaged, which made it feel like he wasn’t particularly invested in me as a patient. I had to ask a lot of questions to understand the plan, and would have appreciated him being more proactive in explaining things and assessing my face/neck in detail — especially as it was my first ever procedure like this.

During the procedure I did wake up at one point and had to let him know, after which more sedation was given. After I woke up properly, he had already left and I didn’t see him again that day, which made the whole experience feel quite transactional.

Aftercare was fairly minimal too. I wasn’t given any written guidance to take home, so I was relying on memory for things like how long to wear the garment and how manage pain at home (over Christmas..). Follow-up appointments were also a bit mixed - it didn’t seem like my notes had been reviewed before my arrival into his room, meaning I had to remind him what procedures he had done each time.

While the chin lipo has been successful, I haven’t noticed a visible difference from the Accutite or Browtite treatments. Given the additional cost (around £6k) and dealing with black eyes for 3 weeks, that has been disappointing.

Overall, I think the experience would have been much better with warmer communication & bedside manner, and more structured aftercare. Show less »

I’d like to share how happy I was with the service and support I received from Harley Street Skin Clinic. On my first visit, I met a warm‑hearted and charming member of the team named Lesley. She explained the entire liposuction procedure clearly and professionally, and she also pointed out other areas of stubborn fat, such as my hips and chest, that could benefit from treatment.
I first spoke with Lesley over a professionally scheduled Zoom consultation, where we discussed the possibilities of having the surgery in the future. I was very impressed by her honesty, guidance and kind nature, and I want to express my thanks to her for that.
During my visit to the clinic, I was treated extremely well. The premises were clean and stylish, as you would expect from a clinic on Harley Street. Although the building itself is a little small—likely due to the age and grand design of these historic properties—it was still inviting and well‑kept.
Lesley’s professionalism was exceptional. She sat me down in the clinic and walked me through every detail of the procedure, step by step. As someone considering surgery for the first time, I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained. We also discussed a payment plan, which was handled with the same level of care and clarity.
