Lesley and Rose were lovely and very informative. They spent a lot of time taking me through each procedure and what would be right for my skin. I was initially booked for a consultation today to remove a cyst under the eye. Pauline at the reception desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had very little wait time before being seen by the doctor. We had very little wait time before being seen by the doctor. Dr Omar was very warm and patient, he explained the procedure and was happy to answer as many questions as we had, he even offered to do the treatment on the same day so that we didn’t have to come back. He was reassuring throughout the procedure, gave us aftercare information and offered us a follow up consultation. So far my experience has been really good. I am a patient of Dr Khan who seems very knowledgeable and professional. I find it great that the review sessions are free, which makes it so much more flexible as I can come as often as I like if I see that there are any concerns in regards to my treatment and progress. I find it great that the review sessions are free, which makes it so much more flexible as I can come as often as I like if I see that there are any concerns in regards to my treatment and progress. I am also a big fan of the products of the clinic. Some I find a bit irritating such as oil pads but they do work really well, so I just started off more slowly until my skin got used to them.
