My daughter goes to this dentist always warm and friendly welcome staff are patient with my daughter she has bad anxiety they always talk to her and put her at ease very nice people she saw laura and liz very nice dentist very clean

Laura and Liz are great and always make my son feel okay about what’s going on. Everything is well explained and we’re always welcomed with a smile.
My son had a tooth out ready for braces being fitted and it was done without any hassle or fuss

Wonderful dentist that I can highly recommend. The staff (Laura and Liz) are absolutely fabulous, so friendly and make you feel so at ease at every appointment. Whenever there has been an issue, I have gotten an appointment right away and the issue has been quickly resolved. Was a bit apprehensive because I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite some time and I’d never had anything done before, except a routine cleaning, but I’m so glad I chose Hall Green Dental. Laura and Liz made me feel completely at ease for my composite filling. It was quick and painless! Will definitely be going back for all my dental care now. :)

My son had his appointment today with Kirsty & Adie. The procedure required he received a small injection to numb the area. He was very nervous going in but the ladies made him feel calm and at ease. The procedure was over very quickly and practically pain-free. He left with a great big smile on his face.

Staff are just lovely. Really helpful. Laura and liz put you straight at ease as soon as you walk in the room. They always explain what they are doing each step of the way. My treatment has been great and my oral health has improved significantly. I would highly recommend this practice.

Highly recommended with those lovely staffs more respect making me feel more comfortable and understanding each other while getting my tooth out I would go back again would love to be thier pantiet thank you hall green dentist much appreciated

Outstanding care at Hall Green Dental. The staff are so courteous and efficient, the office was clean and modern, and Laura is always so professional, thorough, and attentive. I feel well cared for from start to finish everytime I go. Highly recommend for anyone seeking quality dental care.

Very upset.
I travelled by bus for 55min with my 2 kids i arrived 7min late because I depend on the bus. And the stuff didn't want to see my son. It was a very hot day and he had a terrible headache. I explain that I came by bus and it's not fault.
I live in Ormskirk and I don't drive.
Even after explaining everything.
The receptionist didn't had empathy and start typing a message to the dentist upstairs.
After 30 min of making us wait the reception said. I will have to re-arrange another appointment.

The place was empty o could count the flies.

Also, went to the toilet which is next to the dental room. And the room had NO patient. Only the dental DRA sat on her chair typing back and forward with the Receptionist.

Had to travel back home Very upset. Spend money on buses and precious time that I could spend with my kids on a picnic.

This dentist really does provide flexibility and consideration in their booking system. Which is backed up with very clear notifications of forth coming appointments. Went for the first time..very nervous patient. Was made to feel at ease from booking my appointment with the lovely receptionist.
The actual appointment was amazing, they explained everything that was going to happen, adjusted things for my comfort and I could stop at any time if needed.

Had a 6 monthly checkup today 15th February 2024, the service and treatment from start to finish was excellent, the way Laura puts you at ease when you are in the chair, to the way she carries out the treatments. Even the X-rays which I don’t like, Laura was super quick and efficient. This is an excellent practice and has friendly and very nice staff.
