I recently had a video consultation with Dr Ben to go over my skincare routine and microneedling, and it genuinely exceeded my expectations. After following him for so long, it felt surreal finally speaking with him, but what stood out most was how refreshingly honest and grounded he was. There was no sales pitch (which is quite common in the aesthetics industry), just clear, thoughtful guidance. His depth of knowledge is incredible, and he explained everything in a way that made complete sense. He’s also genuinely warm and put me at ease straight away. I made an appointment for a face to face consultation. Dr Ben was very welcoming and clearly passionate about inner health as the foundation to healthier skin. I made an appointment for a face to face consultation. Dr Ben was very welcoming and clearly passionate about inner health as the foundation to healthier skin. This holistic approach aligned with my already healthy lifestyle. However, there were lots of tweaks I can now make to improve things further. Alas the Haribo has to go!

I received lots of recommendations for products, many of which were inexpensive and widely available. The more costly ones were always coupled with a lower priced alternative. Crucially, it was explained clearly why the products were recommended specifically.

I have been reticent to approach an aesthetics clinic as the last thing I wanted was to be pressurised into procedures and to be informed of new areas of my face to worry about!

Ben’s approach is working with the body’s natural processes, rather than artificially adding a ‘quick fix’. I am so glad I made the initial appointment and will definitely be rebooking in the future.

Update;
I have now revisited Dr Ben’s clinic for my first ever Botox injections (at 49!). Ben is a rare voice of reason and authenticity in a sea of false promises.

I asked to look “like me but after a spa day and great sleep”. I explained that I really like my smile but just want to soften my lines.

I now look in the mirror and look exactly like me but my eyes are more open and I no longer look exhausted. I look… refreshed. Dr Ben has achieved exactly what I asked for. I couldn’t be happier.

I was fascinated by his scientific explanations of the skin. He doesn't want to sell you anything you do not need.
