I was fascinated by his scientific explanations of the skin. He doesn't want to sell you anything you do not need. I told him what I was unhappy with and he explained what could and could not be done. Actually, he made me feel so much better about myself, I walked out feeling rather chuffed! I had a fantastic virtual consultation with Dr Ben Coyle. After listening to my skin concerns he gave me the most informative consultation I've ever experienced. I came away with a greater understanding of the skin and I now have my own skin protocol, which is NOT lots of products or procedures.
