I made an appointment for a face to face consultation. Dr Ben was very welcoming and clearly passionate about inner health as the foundation to healthier skin. This holistic approach aligned with my already healthy lifestyle. However, there were lots of tweaks I can now make to improve things further. Alas the Haribo has to go!

I received lots of recommendations for products, many of which were inexpensive and widely available. The more costly ones were always coupled with a lower priced alternative. Crucially, it was explained clearly why the products were recommended specifically.

I have been reticent to approach an aesthetics clinic as the last thing I wanted was to be pressurised into procedures and to be informed of new areas of my face to worry about!

Ben’s approach is working with the body’s natural processes, rather than artificially adding a ‘quick fix’. I am so glad I made the initial appointment and will definitely be rebooking in the future.

Update;
I have now revisited Dr Ben’s clinic for my first ever Botox injections (at 49!). Ben is a rare voice of reason and authenticity in a sea of false promises.

I asked to look “like me but after a spa day and great sleep”. I explained that I really like my smile but just want to soften my lines.

I now look in the mirror and look exactly like me but my eyes are more open and I no longer look exhausted. I look… refreshed. Dr Ben has achieved exactly what I asked for. I couldn’t be happier.

There was no sales pitch (which is quite common in the aesthetics industry), just clear, thoughtful guidance. Ben is very honest & his science based approach backed by medical experience aligns to what I what I was looking for. I'm now more knowledgeable of what will help rather than just quick fixes. Ben has become a leader in his field and I'm not surprised why. I never feel rushed even though I know he's super busy and is heavily booked up and I also get to enjoy a coffee 👍🏼😁
Ben has this natural ability to put you at ease through treatments, and I'm happy with the aftercare options that I've been given which are not pushy at all.

Ben is an exceptional doctor and skin specialist who stands out in an industry often dominated by 'quick fixes' and trendy marketing. I spent a long time researching to find someone who could be honest about my skin and tell me exactly what could help. I was so impressed by Ben’s philosophy of prioritising health and lifestyle over just selling the latest popular treatments.

I was initially unsure about the cost of the consultation. However, within minutes of speaking with Ben, the value became clear. He provided me with a level of knowledge about my skin that I’ve never received elsewhere. I actually brought in all of my skincare products I’d been using, and Ben took the time to go through them. He helped me realise I was basically using products that would not help me, recommending only a couple of essential products and saving me a significant amount of money in the process.

I came to him to address acne, texture, and scarring, and the results have been incredibly fast. It has only been two weeks on the products he recommended and I can already see a massive difference, my texture has improved and my skin is noticeably glowier.

It is so easy to fall into marketing traps and waste money on expensive treatments that don't work. Ben helps you understand what is actually beneficial for your skin and what isn't. Today was my second visit to Goldhill clinic (first was a consultation for Sunekos) and what struck me even more today was Dr Ben Coyle’s genuine approach and heartfelt desire to empower me with knowledge and keen ways to make sure that this vital information is passed to me with ease or certainly how i could understand it without medical background.

Enlightening to walk into a calm, relatively small clinic in fairness and not have a menu full of treatments to pick up!! This Dr and this clinic is specific and more so totally focused on education to help us!!!! Appointments were easy to book and emails always promptly responded to if i had queries.

My advice would be use him while you can and learn from the information he gives you. I am so impressed with Dr Ben and would not hesitate for one moment to recommend him! This practice is the best thing i have found via instagram by a mile! Show less »
