Extremely rude front of office staff, I just called, 14:10 right now on 11th May 2026; I wanted to enquire if they provide Alluzience and not just Botox or even Dysport. Was told off and she was in a hurry to just hang up on me. I asked her politely that I cannot book a consultation without knowing if these neuromodulator are available or not as I didn't sim... She just said a flat no, after initially passive agressively shutting my enquiring down. If you don't want clients to enquire, why set up a practice in the first place? Such a shame, I sincerely hope this review is picked up by Dr. Liliana herself. I've got treatments from the top doctors in harley street and having moved to Edinburgh was looking for a similar client experience. I can't recommend this clinic and Dr lilliana highly enough. I have been seeing Dr Lilliana in all her clinics over Edinburgh for over 10yrs now. My skin and my face are in better condition now than it was in my 30s. I can't recommend this clinic and Dr lilliana highly enough. I have been seeing Dr Lilliana in all her clinics over Edinburgh for over 10yrs now. My skin and my face are in better condition now than it was in my 30s.

I have tried several different treatments over the years and love that she advises me on what's the most up to date and newest treatments, techniques and products as well as the at home products, especially the collagen powder.

Skin is a very individual journey and I love that she advises me what's best for my skin type and at my age 53 especially going through perimenopause. I would never go anywhere else ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Show less »

Always an amazing experience. Today I was in for Botox. I felt extremely relaxed as always when I am with Liliana. Liliana and her staff are very friendly, patient and thorough! I can’t wait to see the results of my Botox in 2 weeks. The clinic is so fresh and relaxing. The decor is beautiful and everything is immaculate. Can’t wait to return.
