Best clinic ever? Because it truly is.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was phenomenal. The gentleman at reception Musa was exceptionally warm, polite, and professional. He welcomed me with a refreshing glass of water, which was such a thoughtful touch and immediately made me feel valued as a client.

While I was waiting, he kindly introduced me to the clinic’s skincare range and even allowed me to test some of the products on my hand to experience the textures and quality for myself. It was a lovely, personalised touch and a fantastic way to showcase the products. I will definitely be looking into them further.

Even before my appointment, my experience was outstanding. When I called the clinic, he was professional, helpful, and gave clear directions regarding parking, making the entire visit completely stress free.

The level of customer service here is genuinely top notch. In my experience, reception and front of house service can often be overlooked at many clinics, but this was on a completely different level. He went above and beyond in every aspect and set the tone for an exceptional visit.

I am incredibly pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I will certainly be returning. The gentleman at the front desk is an absolute credit to the clinic and, in my opinion, deserves a pay rise for the outstanding service he provides. Show less »

I don’t usually leave reviews unless I’m really impressed, but my recent visit to Diamond Skin Laser in Harrow definitely deserves one.

From the moment I arrived, Musa was incredibly welcoming and even offered me a drink, which was a lovely touch. Darina carried out my HydraFacial, and she was so kind and professional, the treatment itself was amazing.

I wanted to wait a week before reviewing to see the results, and I’m so glad I did. My skin now looks clear, healthy, and glowing. I’m genuinely impressed with both the service and the outcome.

They’re also more affordable compared to other skin clinics, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. To top it off, Musa kindly gave me complimentary skincare products to take home.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this experience really deserves one I initially had a not so great interaction with one of the ladies from a different branch which left me feeling unsure That completely changed when I received a call from Musa He was genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve spoken to very polite professional and extremely knowledgeable about all the treatments I was interested in His voice was so calm and soothing.

What I appreciated most was that he never made me feel pressured to pay for a consultation unlike my previous experience I asked a lot of questions since I’m new to all of this and he took his time listened carefully and never made me feel rushed He explained all the current offers at the clinic and even related some of the treatments to his own experience which made me feel much more confident and reassured Speaking to someone who has actually experienced the treatments felt far more trustworthy

What really got me was before leaving, you have to be buzzed out to exit and they would not let me leave if I didn't leave a good review (which I have since deleted), and I was hesitant at first so I was offered "free serums" which ended up being skin lightening creams... I wouldn't be writing this review had it not been for this strange extortion towards the end of my visit. Avoid at all costs if you can, go to another local clinic. Show less »
