The staff are amazing, motivational and super friendly - very refreshing to go a gym where they actually do care about you. I would highly recommend Instinct Gym for anyone who is stuck in a rut, lost confidence and needs a helping hand to start feeling fit again. Everyone at Instinct is always so welcoming and encouraging. I've worked most recently with Vic and James in the gym and both are excellent, setting challenging targets and helping me strive for my goals. I thoroughly enjoy Leena and Alison's yoga sessions - a great balance between improving flexibility and relaxation.

Went here today and Chris (the gym manager) was so friendly and accommodating. I paid for a day pass and had an absolutely killer workout. The vibe was so good and music level just right. Great range of equipment and lovely bathrooms. Would be a member if I lived locally! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
