What can I say about this place and the staff. They care, they listen snd they act on what YOU actually want.
My skin was terrible after trauma for years, they turned my skin around whilst at the same time enhancing my limited confidence.
My skin looks so much better, lots of positive comments,,, thank you Bernie, Arliah and team

First used this business in January 2025 after being referred by Cadham Pharmacy as I was having hearing problems due to build up of wax. First used this business in January 2025 after being referred by Cadham Pharmacy as I was having hearing problems due to build up of wax.
After three visits ( having not had my ears done for many years) Bernadette fully cleared out my ears and today 14/4/26 I had the same treatment and again Bernadette provided an excellent service in removing the unusual high build up of wax and noticed a difference there and then, driving back home I kept thinking my car`s passenger window was down.
Would recommend to anyone and will not hesitate to use in future. Show less »

Kara is lovely, and makes you feel at ease during your procedure. Talks you through everything and If you have any concerns she is happy to go with what your comfortable doing🩷

What can I say. Easy prompt appointment. Kara was lovely. I went for skin cancer screening which was fast and easy. Got the results the same day. One happy lady, thank you

Had the tolerance test for my son, ordered it, came the next day! Amazing service and able to answer all questions and queries I had quickly highly recommended. Kara is fantastic to deal with.

Just started my laser treatment at Chic Pharmacy with Bernie and her team and cannot rate them highly enough! They were friendly and talked me throught the whole process from the initial treatment to aftercare and how to look after my face post treatment. I would 100% recommend Chic Pharmacy😊

Went for rabies vaccine before my travel to Tanzania. Beautiful place and great staff. Bernadette has done my vaccination, I haven't even felt it! Highly recommended!

These moles were over 20 years old, and I had never found a place I trusted enough to treat them — but from the moment I had my first consultation at Chic, I knew immediately this was the right place for me. These moles were over 20 years old, and I had never found a place I trusted enough to treat them — but from the moment I had my first consultation at Chic, I knew immediately this was the right place for me.
The results turned out absolutely perfect. The service, patience, and overall understanding I received were exceptional, I couldn’t wish for a better experience. Berni made every effort to help me feel relaxed, calm, and completely in good hands.
The procedures were painless, and everything was explained clearly, from what to expect to how to care for the treated areas afterwards. Every question I had was answered with genuine care and professionalism, and I stayed in constant contact throughout the healing process. This has truly changed my life and confidence. Excellent professional service from the minute we walked in. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Bernadette the pharmacist was outstanding, made me very relaxed and not stressed at all, I am rather stressed at injections but no need when you go to Chic. Would highly recommend it to everyone. Definitely going to recommend to family friends and work colleg... Show more »

Definitely going to recommend to family friends and work colleges for holiday vaccines and all the usual vaccines you need in life. GP surgeries should take a leaf out of Bernadettes work ethic/patient ethics.
Definitely the best pharmacy in Scotland.

I'm one happy customer. First class experience. I had a skin tag removed from my eyelid. Everything went perfectly. Friendly staff and quick treatment. I highly recommend Chic. Don't hesitate, just call.
