My consultant, Ross Kenny, was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough throughout the consultation. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel completely comfortable and informed.

The reception staff were also very welcoming and friendly, creating a great first impression as soon as I arrived. It was a lovely touch to be offered tea or coffee while I waited, and the biscuits on the table made the experience feel even more welcoming and relaxed.

Overall, the service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering surgery. Show less »

Very mixed feelings about my experience at Cadogan. The surgeon, surgery team and nurses on the day were brilliant. Super professional, caring, knowledgeable and warm. A cut above the other surgery experiences i have had previous to this one. The client care before (and after) the procedure however was terrible. To the degree that i would advise anyone against using Cadogan. The cost of treatment was WAY above your competitor's and honestly, i feel ripped off. I had to chase every part of the process, including sending a message 2 weeks before my procedure date to check it was even happening and remind you that i havent even paid yet. Couldnt get hold of my advisor 4 days before my operation to ask questions, she was “away” with no explanation. Two separate members of staff advised that i should have my fillers removed AFTER my operation date, they seemingly didnt know when my procedure was. I had to basically beg to get a second follow up (online) with the surgeon pre-op, after being promised at consultation there would be at least 2 meetings before my op. My follow up appointment with the nurse was booked at a time i couldnt do, when i asked for a more reasonable time (after 08:30) was told no, and then followed up with “so can you make it”? This was for my stitches removing, so an essential part of the procedure. for the price you charge there should be more than 1 option available for appointments. Extremely disappointing, i wouldnt use Cadogan again and i would advise anyone else to go direct to your surgeons instead. Show less »

My consultant, Mark Solomos, was professional, approachable, and truly reassuring throughout the entire process. He made me feel completely comfortable and confident that I could trust him to meet my needs — and he exceeded all expectations. I am absolutely over the moon with my results.

His secretary, Christine, was also wonderful— so approachable and easy to contact. I especially appreciated that she attended the consultation and my post-operative appointment; it was really nice to see and meet them both throughout my journey.

On the day of my procedure, I met my anaesthetist, Sylva, who was incredibly kind and helped put me at ease, especially as it was my first time undergoing general anaesthetic. My pre- and post-operative nurses were absolutely amazing - I apologise for not remembering their names, as I was a little groggy after the general anaesthetic. They were so caring, supportive, and attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed.

During my recovery, the nursing team continued to check in on me, which made such a difference. Their follow-up calls helped me feel supported every step of the way.

Mr. Van Niekerk himself is truly exceptional. His attention to detail is unmatched, and he always prioritised safety above everything else. He listened carefully to my goals and any concerns I had, and he was very honest and realistic in helping me understand what to expect. I really appreciated how well he managed my expectations while still delivering exactly what I hoped for.
