Friendly staff, young lady on reception came in the lift with me as I'm nervous using but can't manage stairs. The general ambience of the reception area is very relaxing just watching the beautiful fish swimming around. I attended The Belfast Skin Clinic to have a difficult ear lobe repair after too many years of piercings. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The staff are lovely, nurses so attentive and thanks to Dr Price I may be able to wear earrings again in the future. My only regret is waiting so long to book the appointment. Would highly recommend.

I have attended the Skin clinic now twice to have an initial mole scan and a follow up review using their high tech scanner. The staff are great and take time to explain everything. I have been twice to this clinic. It was so easy and pleasant. I saw Miss McAllister Consultant Plastic Surgeon. A really lovely personna as well as being excellent in her field.. I would reccomend her and the clinic. It is expensive for non insurance clients. However, for small procedures it is achiveable. The consultation allows you time to explore your o... Show more »

The consultation allows you time to explore your options without worrying that you are not taking up time of someone more in need. Very impressed with the service and the way I was treated. From I met Bianca to go to the theatre to being discharged by Sandra the surgeon, everything was very professional. I was put at my ease, the procedure and recovery explained clearly. Very positive experience.

My laser specialist nurse today was amazing with my consultation. Told me what could be done if my goals were achievable ..taught me a few things in the process about my skin and made me feel as ease. Very friendly staff amazingly clean clinic 10/10 for me

Had my treatment with Anna today and she was incredibly thoughtful and caring. I wasn’t feeling well, and she took the time to offer the best remedy and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The hour with her was so relaxing and exactly what I needed. Thank you, Anna.

Anna was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and made me feel so comfortable throughout. She explained everything clearly and offered a tailored treatment on the day, as well as realistic options for the future. I never felt rushed – she genuinely cared about getting to the root of the issues and building a long-term plan.

Thorough consultations with information given in a very clear and understanding way, lots of opportunities for questions at no rush & no pressure. Extremely successful surgery, again no sense of rush or time limit with accuracy and excellence clearly being Dr Blacks focus. Superb post-surgery care with follow up calls and an additional appointment fitted in the next day. We did have to wait a while for our appointments, but when it's your turn, you see the other side and valve the attention that time allows, so, with the understanding that you are waiting for excellence, the wait is insignificant, just enjoy the fish and have a coffee. Laser hair reduction with Robyn who is amazing at what she does! Definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else for laser as I get brilliant results each time! Tried laser in the past with other businesses that didn’t work! Fully recommend Belfast Skin Clinic and Robyn!

Firstly, I would like to mention that the staff were always very friendly, and I have no complaints about them or the facilities. However, I do feel extremely disappointed with the results of the treatment. I spent over £1000 on laser hair removal across multiple areas, including my face, yet the hair has all grown back, in some areas even more than before.... Show more »

I spent over £1000 on laser hair removal across multiple areas, including my face, yet the hair has all grown back, in some areas even more than before.

I genuinely believed that professional laser treatment would deliver long-lasting results, especially as I had previously achieved better results using a home IPL device. I was assured that follow-up sessions might be required, but after completing 12 sessions on my face, I reasonably expected the results to last far longer than just a few months. Sadly, this has not been the case. Show less »

Got some of my questions answered and did get action plan but felt the whole consultation lacked regarding a gaining a comprehensive history and at times I felt some of my questions /concerns were dismissed. For me, engaging a private medical clinic for laser hair removal was daunting. With hindsight I can say I felt at ease and reassured with Belfast Skin Clinic. Robyn was attentive, tailoring a considered treatment plan. The highly professional but relaxed and personable approach always made me feel comfortable. Robyn was attentive, tailoring a considered treatment plan. The highly professional but relaxed and personable approach always made me feel comfortable.
Robyn is a real asset to the Belfast Skin Clinic.
