They will keep your money. Paid money to include a follow up for any corrections or adjustments needed. I called the same day to move the appointment as I could not make it due to a last minute emergency. Was told they can't move it as they need 24 hour notice, this is understandable but when I've paid for it they should try to at-least help people who have extenuating circumstances. Found the receptionist to be really rude and impatient almost like I was interrupting her tea break or something. Found her to be a little arrogant which is a shame, really feel receptionists are the face of a company so should be kinder to customers - or companies should atleast take extra care when hiring receptionists as this is usually overlooked but can be very damaging for a business.will certainly not go back there. I’ve been going to Anna for a few years now, and she’s absolutely amazing. She always takes care of me, makes me feel comfortable, and actually cares about what she does, unlike some people in other places i used in the past, who just slap on a face mask and call it a day. She gives me great advice on how to keep my skin looking its best, and she always knows if I skip on something (there’s no hiding from her!). You can tell she truly loves what she does. Some people go to work because they have to—Anna does it because she’s passionate, and it shows. If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff and makes the whole experience enjoyable, she’s the one. Highly recommend! Show less »

I have been using this clinic for many years. I have had various facial treatments and lasers with Anna, and I was incredibly impressed! She is truly skilled and meticulous.
