I called the same day to move the appointment as I could not make it due to a last minute emergency. Was told they can't move it as they need 24 hour notice, this is understandable but when I've paid for it they should try to at-least help people who have extenuating circumstances. Found the receptionist to be really rude and impatient almost like I was interrupting her tea break or something. Found her to be a little arrogant which is a shame, really feel receptionists are the face of a company so should be kinder to customers - or companies should atleast take extra care when hiring receptionists as this is usually overlooked but can be very damaging for a business.will certainly not go back there.
